El restaurante Ciao Bella fue inaugurado en 1997 por Rick Webb, un empresario de restaurantes local, y ofrece cocina italiana contemporánea y un servicio incomparable. La pasión y compromiso de restaurante ofrecer alimentos hechos a mano y elaborados con ingredientes frescos, de temporada, orgánicos y locales en cada comida, cada día.         We had excellent service, with our server showing us a great sense of humor! As always, the dinner was delicious. Ciao Bella is always so consistent in providing a most enjoyable dining experience.

        We drove a ways out of our way to try this restaurant and it did not disappoint! We will be driving out of our way again, as we will be back! Service was fantastic, food was outstanding (I got the red pepper linguini with scallops), prices were very reasonable for the quality of the meals. I would highly recommend checking out Ciao Bella!

        No matter what we order, it always tastes excellent. Our server this time (I think Charlie) was outstanding and made our experience the best.

        I suppose I shouldn’t expect much from an Italian restaurant in Minneapolis. Living in one of the top two cities in the country for delicious and authentic Italian food, Chicago, I should excuse some of the shortcomings. The ambience was nice and the outdoor seating with the tree lined patio and lights was quaint. The salad was tasty. Fresh greens and avocado. The lasagna was definitely a big short coming. It was like they threw boiled pasta on a plate with sauce over the top. Lasagna should be baked in the oven with a little bit crispy brown top, not soggy and overly saucy. It’s tasted decent, but it was not authentic. We had another dish with shrimp and spinach noodles. That was tasty and unique, but not overly impressive. We ordered mini desserts. I have ordered many desserts and many other restaurants and they are four times the size of this pathetic small and overpriced dessert. It was literally one or two spoons at most . Entrees were overpriced as well . The half portion was just a couple dollars less than the full portion. The price of a full portion was outrageously high, arranging from $30-$50 average , and the average quality does not warrant those high prices. This is not a gourmet chef or an Italian trained chef that makes authentic dishes. I can actually get an entrée in Chicago or New York at a Michelin restaurant or a renown chef’s restaurant for less money and and a far more quality meal.
