Wait service was good but overall value of the meal wasn’t . We had the house filet which came with some potatoes, deep fried crawfish, creamed spinach and a heavy wine sauce. We didn’t like the wine sauce, not flavorful. The crawfish was chewy also lacked any interesting flavor. Overall, over priced when I compare with other similar restaurants in the area. Felt like a place that needed to be updated, meant for my grandmother.

Another wonderful date night at Christopher’s. The service is amazing, they’re warm and welcoming and make every visit special. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the steak special. The flavor was fantastic but it had quite a bit of gristle. Everything else was superb.

The food was outstanding as usual. It is pricey but as they say, you get what you pay for and the meatloaf (yes..meatloaf!) and shrimp platter did not disappoint! We also got their signature dessert with the lace cookies and cream filling and it was phenomenal! The only complaint we had was that there were literally no chicken options. We will definitely dine here again when in the BCS area.

We arrived on a Saturday at 8 pm with reservation for two at 8:15 pm. We were promptly seated. Several wait staff assisted with service so everything was very looked after. Our settings were nice. My wife had wine. Juggernaut glass. She really enjoyed it. I drank beer. Nice and cold served in a flute?? Lol. But one pinky out style. Whatever. I had the Bleu filet. She had a flounder special. Our entrees were absolutely wonderful. We had a dessert from England? ( Pudding cake) IDK. It was insane with beer ice cream. Yep. You guessed it. Delicious too. Our personal waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable of everything she served. Well spoken and quite enjoyable conversation. We will be back. Thanks. Well done!

My wife got house fillet, always good. I got the special stuffed flounder. It was over cooked bad. Tough and fishy tasting. I have had this special before and it was amazing. Very disappointed as a regular customer.

Excellent food…from cocktails to dessert! Bleu Filet Mignon was the best I’ve ever had and the sides complimented it perfectly. The staff was extremely attentive. Love to dine here!!!

We haven’t gone here in over 10 years, but decided to go for graduation. The drinks and meals were superb. I got the red fish and it was super fresh. It was served with 10 different veggies, all cooked to perfection. Seriously, there was a sampling of each of these on the plate…asparagus, yellow squash, green squash, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, sweet corn, tomato, spinach, mushrooms. It was amazing! The atmosphere was great. We were seated in the addition, which is a large open room. Not too loud. Really nice place to go for TAMU graduation.

We were really looking forward to this meal after reading the reviews but were so disappointed. The food lacked salt. The steaks were beautiful cuts and cooked perfect but the seasoning was non existent and ruined the steaks. I got the house filet and my husband got a ribeye special. The sides were also not seasoned. The potatoes under my filet seemed like leftover potatoes reheated in a skillet with zero salt. The service was decent but there were at times too many of the staff rushing around and clearing and fixing tables (like 4 people doing a table). They knocked into my chair multiple times as they rushed back and forth. It was annoying and gave a frantic feel to the experience. Our waiter was nice and the actual building is very cool. But the food that we paid so much for was very underwhelming. We will not be back.

Christopher’s is an amazing restaurant. We went for our daughter’s graduation dinner. Everything that we ordered was excellent! I highly recommend the Almond Crusted Brie for an appetizer and I had the Redfish for dinner - which was amazing! Be prepared to spend a bit, but if you’re celebrating something big, it is definitely worth it! We will be going back!

We loved eating outdoors, as the weather was lovely. The service was responsive and polished, even though we were the only patrons eating outdoors. The food was, as always, delicious and served attractively. We have been coming here for 23 years and continue to love it.

Two Texas A&M upcoming graduates enjoyed their dinner! The large dining hall was abuzz with activity - thunderstorm rumbling outside caused no ill effects. Food was hot & fresh. Waitstaff, a bit tasked due to training new staffers, were polite and professional. It can get noisy in the dining hall, but only because we and others were laughing and enjoying ourselves. Great, Great time!

Christopher’s had really gone down, too bad. The girl that seated us was rude. The server took our order and we made the comment to him, we’re all eating the same meal the “House Filet”! He removed some of our table silverware and put down three steak knives. We thought that was strange because we all ordered the same meal. When he finally came back to our table, we asked why one of us still had a table knife and not a steak knife and he said because you ordered Salmon! We said everyone ordered the House filet. He stained firmly, NO YOU ORDERED THE SALMON! Then he left. Later after three of us had finished our meals, the manager delivered the last steak. He apologized and said he was going to comp that meal due to their mistake. When the bill arrived, not only was the steak not comped, but an extra lemonade charge ($7.95) was on the bill!!! We just paid the bill and left very disappointed. Both of our families will never ever eat there again!
