A wonderful dinner that everyone should experience in colonial Williamsburg. The modern amenities, like air conditioning, are essential, especially when you’re savoring the delicious chef-inspired dishes. The friendly waiters and waitresses are always ready to chat and share more about the cuisine. The diverse menu caters to my family’s preferences, with wonderful kid options. While it’s a bit pricey, it’s well worth it for a memorable experience that will last a year. Williamsburg

The staff was wonderful. We were a little disappointed in the spoon bread, it tasted heavy and not how we remembered. Our waitress was great and made the experience memorable for our anniversary.

We really enjoyed our dinner at CC Tavern! One guest was gluten free and they were quite accommodating. We also had a toddler who was treated kindly. Stephanie is an excellent server and lots of fun.

I had the fried chicken which was dry. The green beans accompanying the chicken was tasty but the broccoli was overcooked. The two guys in our party had the F something oysters. Very small oysters and the topping had no flavor.

Heather was a wonderfully helpful and energetic server. She made our experience even better! The older gentleman and ladies at the door were very kind and welcoming. The music was a fun step back in time. We enjoyed the historical tidbits that were shared in addition to the lovely music. Focusing on the history is the best way to enjoy this experience. I appreciate the food but we do prefer a bit more salt and seasoning in some foods like fried chicken. Im sure its just what im used to. The sweet potato muffins are PERFECT! I do wish they bottled and sold the dressing for the salad!! I could eat that salad every day and never tire of it! If they ever decide to sell a recipe book or bottle the dressing, I will be first in line!

Great venue. We loved the bib around the neck. The lady singing and playing mauve was amazing.
