Service was great, the food quality and menu size left something to be desired. Unfortunately this was one of our favorite places to eat whenever visiting Williamsburg, we will think long and hard before making another reservation there.

Very helpful staff to arrange a big table for our double birthday party!! Our wait person,Alexis? was exceptional. Food was very tasty. We had a great dinner and they got us out in time for our ghost tour!!

Great food and wonderful service. Loved the love music played in our room! Would love to see a senior portion offered for the meal- too much food for the older person.

Excellent food and ambiance. The service was friendly without pretension, and the live entertainment was just enough. It was perfectly appropriate for behaved children as well as adults with no kids.

We had a great time. Our server (Stephanie) I think was very helpful and knowledgeable. She shared a lot of history with us. We were in the cellar but she brought one of the musicians down to play her harp. There was one other family in the cellar so the mood was intimate. The food was very good especially the crab cakes. The price is a little high for a family, but the 6 year old even enjoyed the experience.

Great service and a unique experience. The restaurant is very authentic sticking to its 18th century roots. The food was also very good.

Amazing server in the cellar - friendly and knowable and entertaining. Seafood pie, spoon bread and fried chicken all delicious. Beautiful music from a harp player.

A wonderful dinner that everyone should experience in colonial Williamsburg. The modern amenities, like air conditioning, are essential, especially when you’re savoring the delicious chef-inspired dishes. The friendly waiters and waitresses are always ready to chat and share more about the cuisine. The diverse menu caters to my family’s preferences, with wonderful kid options. While it’s a bit pricey, it’s well worth it for a memorable experience that will last a year. Williamsburg

Our server was absolutely outstanding. The food could not have been better. A very nice evening of dinner to end the day with.
