                                                                          One of the keywords I’d use for chop is fantastic service from the hostess to my server and the busers.  The fillet was so tender and cooked rare to my perfection. Since I am traveling alone, it is wonderful to experience such warm and genuine hospitality.

                                                                          It was very good. Fun to watch all the people outside. I'm a stickler for details and the ledges of the windows could use a good cleaning. Should never be dusty.

                                                                          We enjoyed a delightful “date night” dinner. Filet was cooked to perfection and our server checked in with us several times, without being intrusive. Being able to bring in our own bottle of wine (for a $30 corkage fee) topped off a beautiful evening.

                                                                          Good steak, not great, but good. We probably make better steak on our grill at home, done to perfection. My medium steak was more like medium well. The hostess and waitress were excellent!

                                                                          First time dining there. Amazing experience. Steak was prepared Exactly as requested. Waitress timing was perfect. The whole team work with synergy to provide an excellent customer experience.

                                                                          Another fantastic meal at CHOP! This night my wife and I both had the Australian Wagyu NY Strip, and it was steak on a whole other level - definitely worth the extra expense. All the steaks at CHOP are fantastic! The staff are terrific as well!

                                                                          I made a special trip to eat at CHOP, and it was worth the long drive from Chicago. I’ve had some good steaks but I can honestly say that the steak at CHOP was the absolute best I’ve ever had! The compound butter and the quality of the meat was truly AMAZING! The NY Strip was so tender it cut like butter. Hands down the best steaks in Door County.

                                                                          Excellent meal as always, and this time we were a larger party with kids during this visit. We had an amazing time visiting together, adults and kids loved their food, and as always was so great to see so many familiar and welcoming faces during our dinner at CHOP. Big thanks to all for making it a memorable evening!!
