Mango Sticky Rice
our surprising version
We had high expectations for the restaurant, and the food disappointed significantly. I have dined at China Chilcano in DC, and the fusion menu is great. The flavors here though missed significantly. The fried rice was good, but the other dishes missed the mark.
Took me and my boyfriend here for a birthday dinner. They brought us in very quick and asked about any allergens. Servers helped me avoid items that had dairy. The servers were very attentive and the food was amazing!!! Definitely worth the price. The place is super cool and really unique.
Way overpriced for the very little amount of food given. I will not go again.
Excellent ambience, very fresh and tasteful vegetarian tasting menu. Coconut ceviche is the best ceviche I have ever had.
Fast, diverse, delicious. A welcome alternative to the unload and microwave Sysco truck food that's taken Vegas over since COVID.
Service: hostess was disinterested and off putting. Server was cordial but lacked any sort of warmth of friendliness.
Food: poor flavors all around. The Dan Dan Mien tasted like noodles drowned in hoisin sauce. Texture was fine so that was okay. Tuna tartare was terribly sour and all that could be tasted was citrus. Above all, salt was the overarching theme of the meal. Unfortunately all of our entrees were so salty by the time we got to the chilaquiles, we just couldn’t palette it and didn’t even take it to go.
Ambience: what one would expect from casual dining in a Vegas hotel.
I would forgive the poor service or the bad food if one or the other were up to the level I would find at a local Cheesecake Factory. This, however was a complete miss and I would recommend folks avoid unless work is flipping the bill.
Vacation with family
China Poblano is one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. I have been going there for over 6 years and will always include it in my plans whenever I return.
We were a large group that came after the Raiders Chiefs game. We asked the server to just make selections for us and bring a variety of food to the table. Everything was phenomenal and the service was outstanding!
Everything was amazing. Food tasted great, services was very good
Staff, service, and food quality are top notch..
All I can say is the Fish Taco is DECADENT!! I will forever compare and I order to China Poblano. Everything about this restaurant is AMAZING!!!
Food was mainly ok. I don’t know how it is possible to make a ceviche dish taste bad, but they did.
Portions very small…
Food and drinks were great!!
Always a lively and fun spot with a wonderful and creative menu. Really, really good!!
The food was not up to par with our other visits.
Great dining experience with very interesting and delicious food!
Great food. Delicious margaritas! Would return.
I was hesitant at first, but the food was AMAZING. we shared some Dim Sum and noodles. One of the few restaurants that I want to go back to based on food alone.
Server was great, food was delicious!
We've been here many times before but this was the first time with our toddlers and everything went well!
I've had my share of dining in several Mexican and dim sum restaurants but this is the first restaurant I've been to where they serve both. Decided to eat lunch here for my birthday (saving room for dinner)
Food is just okay. Ordered the HarGow and Shu Mai with quail eggs, and the 20 vegetables fried rice. I liked the hargow out of the 3 dishes. The shu mai had way too much ginger for my taste, it was almost inedible but I wasn't going to waste my $17 for that entree.
The fried rice would have been good if all the veggies were cooked. The cauliflower was thinly sliced but raw. I dont remember ordering a salad.
Ordered a couple of margaritas but they were not good, we sent it back. Surprised to see that they didn't have any drinks with pineapple nor were they able to add any Grenadine to any cocktails.
I tried the place, but definitely will not go back again.
Out of a few things that I wanted like the tacos, but the vegetable rice and margarita, and chips were excellent
Food was amazing. Getting drinks slow. Fun dinner.
Everything was tasty and service was good.
As usual, it was fantastic. For those that don't know - this is not fusion. It is the real deal Chinse with dumplings and all and the real deal Mexican. Served together but each a stand alone from their cuisine.
Food was excellent as always..one of our must eat at every visit!
Nicely decorated but small portions. Drink were
I have been there many times before even this past August but somehow this time service was terrible. Received food all at once therefore I at cold food and not in order that I had asked getting the « warmer » food items before the cold ceviche. Anyways disappointed this time… did not even stay to have extra drink or desert.
I had the gluten free tasting menu and it was full of flavor!!!! Also the salt air margarita and Shiso Spicy are well crafted cocktails! Will be back.
A brilliant mashup of Asian and Mexican cuisine served against an vibrant backdrop and high-energy music.
Jose is one of the best humans on Earth, and I love Jaleo, but I did not enjoy this meal. I couldn’t finish my dandan noodles because they were too sweet and too salty. The tasting menu was just ok. I wanted to live it, but unfortunately it wasn’t for me.
I am very happy with my mid-afternoon lunch at China Poblano. The margarita was delicious. The service was wonderful. Server was very attentive and able to answer any questions I had. The food was served quickly, looked amazing and tasted delicious. Frankly, I will be back. I look forward to trying some of the other menu items.
Hey bets time ever
Pricey but good
We got the tasting menu, we enjoyed all the dishes but order of dishes seemed off and dishes were not described when brought to table and they tried to take plates away very quickly. Our server seemed dismissive i think she was disappointed we only ordered tasting menu.
Overall great experience, pork buns were disappointing mush.
We go here every time we come to Vegas. The food is delish and the atmosphere is fun.
It was good. Alittle different type of food. The service was really good.
The ceviche is to die for.
