Try and share "all the things", as well as the cocktails. Thoughtfully balanced dishes, skillfully executed. Must try.
Absolutely incredible food & service!
This is always our first stop when we arrive in Las Vegas, and it's always exceptional. We opted not to get the tasting menu, which is fantastic because we weren't that hungry.
The 20 vegetable fried rice is a must! My wife and both prefer the Asian side of the menu over the Mexican side but that could be because we prefer Asian food. :)
Food was not good. Air con was blowing so cold on our table. We were all freezing. Service was good
Ordering was family style but plates to share were very small. Better for sharing for maybe 3 people.
Absolutely loved this place. Such a fun and unique menu, and not overly expensive. Drinks were excellent and so was the service. It's a great option if you're looking for a delicious food experience that's casual and won't cost a fortune. I will definitely be back.
We had the tasting menu and really enjoyed it! Our favorite was the 20 vegetable rice and the dumplings. The portions were good. All of those at your table have to get the tasting menu to get it. The salt foam margarita was horrible so salty that we couldn’t even drink it. The atmosphere and mixture of the two different cuisines is cool! Would return but get a different drink.
Loved it! The only thing I didn’t like was the sauce on the noodles. It was some type of vengar and it gave you this weird after taste and made everything else taste bad. Besides that loved everything else!!
We over ordered! So much food!
The price level is high but they are not able to serve the dishes on the same time. Not acceptable for me. My husband an me had to eat separate.
Tasting Menu is the way to go and ask to add a fried egg on the side for the 20 veggie fried rice.... it will make it better.... TRUST ME
The drinks are super creative and interesting and always taste awesome! The food is also interesting but since I come from CA, I can’t bring myself to eat tacos or burritos most anywhere else. So I stick to the dumplings and other Asian inspired items while here. Usually dim sum is cheap but since this is the strip, it’s super expensive. Luckily, it’s pretty good so this is a solid place on the strip if that’s where you’re trying to stay and eat. Would recommend their XLB and the green beans.
I am so happy I was finally able to dine here! I ate with my coworkers and everyone thought the food and drinks were delicious! Thank you for a great meal!
Tasty food served up promptly. As per most Vegas restaurants prices are inflated. Easy to recommend
Ofelia was a helpful and thoughtful server. Chefs menu with cocktails was a great introduction to the restaurant's selections. Food was delivered abit quickly at first but our server took care of it. Great experience although like most Strip food experiences...pricey
Good food and service, fun menu
The food was delicious and had excellent service. Try the salt air margarita.
Great spot to try on the strip. One of the less expensive options to enjoy a meal by the amazing Jose Andres. I loved the shrimp mojo and the carnitas tacos, both were fantastic! The Mongolian beef was okay, the salad portion was nice but the beef was mediocre. Amazing cocktails.
Awesome mix of cuisines! A++++
Overall everything was fine, however with a name like Jose Andres attached I was expecting a lot more, just left feeling a little underwhelmed
Great atmosphere and simple variety of comfort foods in both ethnic categories. The wonton soup was a touch bland, but that’s how authentic classic Chinese wonton soup should be served. Classic chips and dip were wonderful.
Everything was fantastic! Favorites were the duck tongue tacos and 20 vegetable fried rice. Service was awesome!
Awesome meal. Such a great food and neat concept at such an approachable price point. Margaritas are really heavy on the salt but the food was excellent.
Food was diverse and lovely.
Slow and infrequent service.
Love the mix of the two cultures. The Pig Can Fly are a must as well as the Dan Dan noodles! The Mexican Mojito was so refreshing!
This is my second visit with a party of four, following a memorable dinner at the same establishment many years ago. This last visit, however, is a big disappointment. Two of us ordered the Tasting Menu and both agreed that was the worst meals we ever had in a restaurant, every dish was bite size and tasted terrible, with the exception of the Snow Pea Leaf Salad. After finishing all the courses in the set menu, we were still hungry but we were not hungry for more. In fact we were glad that the ordeal had ended. One in the party had the Ocean Nest a la carte and she liked it but it was $27! You could get the same elsewhere for less than $15.
The Chef tasting menu is fantastic and the price is amazing. We brought my brother and he enjoyed it so much he went back with work colleagues the next day.
Sat at bar, fantastic food and service! Jalapeño margarita, oh yeah. Go to this restaurant and be happy like us.
You got to try the guacamole and the tuna caviche
It was refreshing to find somewhere with a vegan tasting menu. Paired with the cocktail experience China Poblano was an unforgettable dining experience, if a little pricey.
Favorite restaurant in Vegas! Unfortunately there was a fan making a terrible noise while we dined. Kind of ruined the ambience. Everything else was fantastic as per usual.
The drinks were not good but food was decent and good place to share plates
We had the tasting menu. The food was delicious, the only thing we weren't crazy about was the taco, it just didn't seem to fit in with everything else. We would definitely go there again.
Such a great spot. The food is always on point. I eat here at least once every time I come to Vegas.
Be sure to order the guacamole.
Went with friends and had a wonderful meal. Tried everything from When Pigs fly dim sum to ceviche to tableside guacomole to hot and sour soup and loved it all. Great drinks as well. Highly recommend!
Excellent food. Great menu. Both the Chinese and the Mexican dishes were outstanding. Service was a little slow. Overall, great experience.
Good food and ambiance. Would dine there again.
We made a reservation for lunch at China Poblano because it had the most interesting and creative menu at the Cosmopolitan. Lunch was so delicious we came back for dinner that night and then again for brunch the next day. A wonderful, informal venue.
