We were there for the Secret Burger menu. It was very interesting but not the normal menu.
Nothing we ordered tasted good, very bland. I Would not recommend eating here.
Great time! One of the dishes was a bit burnt and the manager immediately corrected it and sent out something while we waited. Great service and yummy food
Wow! I always like to eat at different restaurants when I'm in Vegas but this is one I would definately return to! And I was even lucky enough to see Chef Jose Andres!!!! If you love Chinese and Mexican foods - and these are not fusion dishes but they marry each other well - you will love love love this restaurant!
Lovely! Get the pork tacos!
It was one of the worst meals I have ever had
The food was cold the choice was limited the noise was terrible and the table we had was under the air con and freezing
Delightable meal with when pigs fly (dim sum) and drunken noodles.
Awesome food and service
Took our girls to try the dim sum. They loved it.
Visited CP several times in the past and thought food and experience was awesome. This visit was less than awesome. Food just ok. Green beans awesome. Service just ok. Sorry to have to give this review.
Amazing food and great customer service. You should not go without visiting this original and delicious restaurant!!
Amazing food and talent! Still going strong after 10 years!
Vegan tasting menu was wonderful...cheaper than other nice Vegas restaurants, so value-wise, excellent. Mix of Chinese and Mexican is unusual, but works well with the Vegan menu. Nice ambiance and quick service. Cool vibe...
The table side guacamole was incredible!
Try all the tacos! They’re so good! Love the fried buns and the siu mai. I wanted to try the noodles and rice but was too full! Definitely next time!
Serving a combination of Mexican and Chinese food, China Poblano in The Cosmopolitan casino serves amazing tapas! I tend to lean more towards the Mexican dishes - their street tacos are amazing - but I also love the Rou Jia Mo street sandwich - a soft bun stuffed with red-braised pork belly. For dessert, you have to have the churros, which come with a glass of Oaxacan hot chocolate for dipping.
Best restaurant in Vegas ! Good food, good service, good ambiance !
It was amazing! We have eaten here on many occasions before and it did not disappoint. Our waitress was great and made the evening that much more enjoyable.
What a wonderful experience. The food was so good.
Came here for Restaurant Week again and they never disappoint. I had not heard of making a ceviche with coconut as the star but it was refreshing, tangy and not too sweet. The salad made with pea shoits was amazing and the 20 veggie fried rice is always on point. I loved the pork taco...melt in your mouth with just the right amount of texture with the onion. We ordered the lamb potstickers which amazed my friend. You expect chinese based on the look and get Mexican flavors with the cumin. Delish! The drinks were amazing as well and service was fabulous!
Artistically eclectic ambiance, casual dining. Simple menu cooked perfectly. Priced well, good for light dining or family style.
Amazing food and service
Come hungry and ready to enjoy a stack of small plates. Whether you order Chef Andres’s tasting menu, or a’la carte your own multi course menu, you can’t go wrong. The shu mai is amazing, and the 20-vegetable fried rice is not to be missed. The seasonal tomato salad was the best thing we ate on this trip to Las Vegas, and the idea of combining the crystallized sugar with the tomatoes and mint was revelatory. We’ll be back!
They changed tan tan noodle’s recipe and it is just delicious! Ask for chili oil and spice it up!
The food and atmosphere were amazing, however our server never came to clear our plates. We had to rely on bus boys and servers from other tables. Our drinks were only refilled once during our entire dinner, by a bus boy.
Celebrating wedding anniversary and visiting my brother
Try and share "all the things", as well as the cocktails. Thoughtfully balanced dishes, skillfully executed. Must try.
Absolutely incredible food & service!
This is always our first stop when we arrive in Las Vegas, and it's always exceptional. We opted not to get the tasting menu, which is fantastic because we weren't that hungry.
The 20 vegetable fried rice is a must! My wife and both prefer the Asian side of the menu over the Mexican side but that could be because we prefer Asian food. :)
Food was not good. Air con was blowing so cold on our table. We were all freezing. Service was good
Ordering was family style but plates to share were very small. Better for sharing for maybe 3 people.
Absolutely loved this place. Such a fun and unique menu, and not overly expensive. Drinks were excellent and so was the service. It's a great option if you're looking for a delicious food experience that's casual and won't cost a fortune. I will definitely be back.
We had the tasting menu and really enjoyed it! Our favorite was the 20 vegetable rice and the dumplings. The portions were good. All of those at your table have to get the tasting menu to get it. The salt foam margarita was horrible so salty that we couldn’t even drink it. The atmosphere and mixture of the two different cuisines is cool! Would return but get a different drink.
Loved it! The only thing I didn’t like was the sauce on the noodles. It was some type of vengar and it gave you this weird after taste and made everything else taste bad. Besides that loved everything else!!
We over ordered! So much food!
The price level is high but they are not able to serve the dishes on the same time. Not acceptable for me. My husband an me had to eat separate.
Tasting Menu is the way to go and ask to add a fried egg on the side for the 20 veggie fried rice.... it will make it better.... TRUST ME
The drinks are super creative and interesting and always taste awesome! The food is also interesting but since I come from CA, I can’t bring myself to eat tacos or burritos most anywhere else. So I stick to the dumplings and other Asian inspired items while here. Usually dim sum is cheap but since this is the strip, it’s super expensive. Luckily, it’s pretty good so this is a solid place on the strip if that’s where you’re trying to stay and eat. Would recommend their XLB and the green beans.
I am so happy I was finally able to dine here! I ate with my coworkers and everyone thought the food and drinks were delicious! Thank you for a great meal!
