   I had a great experience. Excellent service. The food was great , meats are tender. Neat and beats environment. The price is good.

   Made reservation for "Chima" a few weeks ago. Turns out, it is no longer Chima but instead a different Brazilian steak house. Was not informed of this change until we arrived. More expensive and service not as good. Have a specific food allergy which was listed in the reservation and communicated to the manager ahead of time. Upon arrival, I was handed a packet that listed some of the allergens in the different meal choices, but the packet did not list my specific allergy, so not sure why I was given the packet in the first place. I ordered my usual, a plain steak and bowl of plain lettuce bc of my allergy. Was charged the same per person price as the rest of the people in our party who had the option to use the full salad bar and eat all of the meat choices that were brought to the table. This was never the case when it was "Chima" or at any other Brazilian steak house...my meal is usually "pro-rated" bc I can't eat anything that's offered as "all you can eat". Furthermore, I brought in a special homemade ice cream cake and asked the hostess to put it specifically in the freezer, which I was assured it would be. When the birthday cake was served, the ice cream inside was melted. It had been frozen solid when I brought it into the restaurant, so it was probably left out or put in the refrigerator for two hours while we ate dinner. Used to be one of our favorite places to eat dinner for special occasions...but can't honestly say we will be back.

   As always, my mom and I had a wonderful experience. She especially loves the variety of options provided at the salad bar, and I enjoyed the house sirloin and garlic sirloin the most. The service was great, and we’ll definitely go back again.

   They sat us in a corner and barely came around with the steak. Drinks were horrible and bland their service and food used to be so much better.

   Celebrated my son’s birthday at Chima Center City. The food was ok. The service could have been better. All of the meats came out however they did not circle back. I requested the pineapple twice and the check three times.

   This is my 3rd time coming and the food just wasn’t good. Steak were either overcooked or rare when you ask for medium or medium rare. The sides for the table were cold and tasted old. For the price we paid, everything should’ve been up to par and it simply was not. Maybe they’re were having a bad day but it just wasn’t good. The drinks were good and my waitress was very nice in trying to accommodate us.
