Chianti Grill - Burnsville
Enjoyable experience- server was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly- food was exceptional- pricing was fair
The waitress Katherine was very nice and professional! It was our first time dining and she took very good care of us.
Waiter, Liz, was attentive and accommodating. She did not rush our dining occasion
Great staff!!! Amazing meal!!! One of our favorites!!!!
We had a lovely dinner and drinks with good friends. Sam did a nice job as our server!
Always good food. Our service was a little slow because they were very busy. Kathy waited on use and her service was excellent.
Two of our three meals were very good. My meal was Tortellini Straw and Hay. It was just OK, not bad. This has been my favorite meal since I first had it many years ago a Ciatti's. It has gradually gotten smaller with less ingredients and flavor has lessened. Oh well, I will just try something else next time.
Met w/friends, enjoyed cocktails (their St. Hendricks Martini is awesome!). We had a few delicious apps, & Salmon, Pasta, Pork Chops between the 4 of us.
Our Server was Andrea, and she is The Best!
Brunch with my kids
Chianti Grill never disappoints.
We had outstanding service! Mindy was exceptionally helpful and had a wonderful personality! She made our experience worth staying. We were “greeted” by the hostess that had less than a warm and inviting tone with her greeting. Our food was so-so. Not as good as anticipated. It was like going to an Olive Garden where the food was bland and over rated.
Warm, welcoming and delicious!
Things were off for us! Server rushed us and was not really pleasant. The service was inferior to what we usually experience.
Chianti Grill is always great and my favorite Italian restaurant. These days it’s hard to find a restaurant where the food is consistently great. We drive about 30 miles to go for lunch or dinner or their Sunday brunch.
Celebrate any special occasion here or just go if you want a great meal.
Very average for the price point unfortunately.
Food is always superb!
Chianti Grill is consistently excellent in food and service. One of our go-to restaurants!
I always love going to Chianti Grill. The food is consistently good, as is the service. It did feel a little squishy for us with 4 in a booth, and we had a little trouble hearing each other. Then again, we're not exactly young.
Maggie was our server and she is just the best. We have had her a few times here before and she is always on top of her game! The food was delicious and always consistent.
Love this place!
Celebrating a birthday with a friend. Server was great.
We had such a fun time. The service was attentive and respectful, the food amazing and the ambiance beautiful!
Always a great place to dine - it is our "go to" place!
Meal, service and ambiance was awesome, it's one of our favorite places to eat and we have definitely recommended Chianti Grill to family and friends!
One of the best Brunches in town. Beautiful and cozy restaurant. Fantastic service. The waitstaff are the best.
Great food, the Sunday brunch never disappoints, from the sticky buns and bread pudding to the pescatora fish...delish!
Huge brunch buffet with fantastic food - leave it to Chianti Grill. A fabulous value!
Server was outstanding!
Love this place, especially for birthdays/anniversaries. Everyone is so well trained.
It was for New Year’s Eve. Food was delicious. Server was great
All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our entrees, each ordered something different. Our server, Mitchell, was great! None better! Thank you for helping make it a lovely night, Mitchell. We’ll be back.
Always have a great experience at Chianti Grill. If we have any issues they are taken care right away. Great food and wonderful service.
Before we were half way through our salads our entrees arrived. We had been there for less than 20 minutes. We were back in our car by 5 with no dessert.
Prices were high. One “special”was over $40. Or pasta entrees were heavy on the garlic and melted cheese.
Great place to stop in to for upper level Italian cuisine. The steak wasn’t prepared to the requested level even though they offered to correct it. We had other places to get to for NYE so we didn’t have time. Asked for certain accommodations for the beverage as the other half doesn’t drink alcohol or soda often so a coke with Lemon and Lime is a big deal and even with a refill the those two elements were missing. It was a mediocre NYE special dinner occasion for our first dinner visit there.
New Years Eve
Wonderful food, service, and ambiance. Wine and liquor are a bit spendy!
We enjoyed a nice night out at Chianti Grill for a birthday celebration. The server was right on with the level of service and frequency of contact. Food was very good, everything tasted great. They even brought a small desert which was just enough for the birthday boy... evening was great and we will be back.
I have visited many times. This night was a bit disappointing. Server did not offer the specials or soup of the day, bummer as my husband wanted soup. He passed since he didn’t know what you offered.
Food is usually fantastic, good quality and delicious. Our Shrimp Louis Parma came out and was amazing. The rest of the meal was subpar. My husbands dish, (not sure the name)was visually unappealing, taste was very bland. My seafood risotto wasn’t any better. Scallops were tiny and filled with sand. Shrimp were very small too, Rice was clumpy and the sauce hardly had flavor.
Being this night was my birthday I chose Chianti Grill for my special dinner. I was definitely disappointed in my restaurant selection this year.
I never have a bad time at Chianti Grill. That said, this particular trip was just a tad slow on service. Our waitstaff seemed a bit overwhelmed and food took quite it's time in coming -- the wonderful hostess happily and quickly got my little one some crackers otherwise we were pending a disaster. Fantastic food (chicken parmigiana, salads, fettuccine alfredo, chicken penne, and LAVA CAKE), lovely staff, and and even better ambiance, as always.
