I would say that this experience did not meet my expectations of a Michelin star dining restaurant. Seven courses took over 3 hours. We were exhausted and not in a good way. There were numerous inconsistencies throughout the meal, the pace of the meals: sometimes the courses were took longer to be served and other times wine was either poured ahead of the meal, alongside the meal, and even after plating. There was a strong push by the sommelier to purchase the wine tasting, but when we only ordered one tasting separately from wine by the glass, we got a different person pouring each of my wines accompanying my meal, while my wife was abandoned completely. After she finished her glass shortly after the second course, we requested the wine list from one of the many servers and sommeliers, but were completely ignored and overlooked. This level of aloofness was shocking. No coordination was observed, so instead of a well orchestrated ballet, we got high school prom with haphazard choreography.

This was a very nice experience. The service was the top of what I could experience in my 17 years in the US. The food was exceptional and I could appreciate the fact to be surprised each time by different meals. I booked again for later this year. Yes I recommend this place.

Exquisite food , exquisite service and an all round gastronomic treat for adventurous foodies. Expert wine pairings to accompany the creative and delicious chef creations that are a delight for the taste buds and truly worthy of TJs Michelin accolades. Will definitely be back to sample more of the culinary excellence that emerges from TJs kitchen. Bon appetit!

Had the most amazing food with the most amazing staff! They all went above and beyond, even gave me a blanket since I was under the ac. Really appreciate the staff there who made my dinner special!

I recently dined at your restaurant and was impressed by the overall ambiance and the quality of the food. Most of the staff members were courteous and professional. However, I feel compelled to report an incident that made me feel extremely uncomfortable and negatively impacted my visit. While presenting the wine menu to my two friends, your sommelier, Ted Merkel, twice placed his hand on my shoulder without any reason or prior indication. Later, during service, he commented that he was “flirting,” which I found highly inappropriate and disturbing. Such conduct is unprofessional and disrespectful, especially in a fine dining setting. Physical contact without consent and inappropriate remarks cross a clear boundary and should not be part of any guest’s experience, particularly for female patrons who may feel especially vulnerable in such situations. While I appreciate that everyone has different communication styles, in hospitality, respect and professionalism must always come first. I sincerely hope you will take this feedback seriously, address the issue internally, and ensure that all guests at Chez TJ are treated with the dignity and care they deserve.

The meal was great, as one would expect from a place like this, but they had some small errors that I wouldn't expect. For example, in one of the starters they forgot to put caviar (and we were not asked how was it, nor didn't feel like it is appropriate to point this out). Additionally, no one explained to us the meal and we only received the menus at the end of it, which might be intentional but resulted few dishes with items we didn't eat, and had to request a replacement of (which isn't a good feeling). With all of the above being said - the meal was great and we had an amazing time.
