Truly a one of a kind experience. Usually when my wife and I eat out, I can imagine how I might manage a good enough simulation at home. Not so with Chez TJ. This is truly a special place for special occasions and especially now with the current head chef, it surpassed a previous visit many years ago. Go now!

Everything was impeccable and above superb! A once in a lifetime experience if you are lucky enough. Every bite had it’s own personality! The artful presentation of every dish was a masterpiece. Every employee was happy to be there and eager to take care of you, with genuine joy. A very unique, special and phenomenal dining experience that you won’t ever forget! An absolute must!

Absolutely amazing experience! Highly recommend chef's selection menu with wine pairing! We tried nightly and grand pairing options - both had great wine choices. Chef's selection menu was delightful for the palate and the eye, just the right amount of food and bounty of flavors.

This is my first visit to this restaurant. We enjoyed every dish on the tasting menu. Service is impressive. Everyone is extremely friendly. We had a wonderful experience.

It was actually a nice experience with the spring special menu. Tastes are balanced, not too salty sauce or too sweet for desserts. Especially love the starting bites, flavorful bonito dish, plate cleanser sorbet, wagyu (sauce is terrific) and the two dessert dishes (beautiful Sakura mousse and tasty coconut Paris Brest). 7-course portion is big for me. I will go back for 4-course in the future.
