This is just one of six restaurants opened by namesake Chef Geoff since 2000. Whether you choose to dine in the bright and cheery dining room or the outdoor patio, the highly trained staff at Chef Geoff's will ensure you have the best dining experience possible. The extensive menu created at Chef Geoff's showcases unique dining options you won't find anywhere else. Appetizers such as spiced plantain chips, grilled asparagus bruschetta and crispy brussel sprouts will prepare your palette. Bacon and bleu cheese mussels, wild mushroom ravioli and madras curry chicken are just three of the choices on the entree menu. If something more classic is to your liking, stick with standards, such as steak, pizza, or a burger. No matter what you choose, disappointment is not an option.

I am a frequent diner at Chef Geoff's Downtown. The dining experience is always outstanding -- and most enjoyable. The service is always phenomenal and the food is excellent. I am a loyal customer now!!

We had a great brunch here. The menu was diverse enough that everyone was able to find something that they liked, and the portions were good. The gouda grits were among the best grits I've had (the portion was very generous, too). The one low spot was one of our party ordered a soda that did not come out with the other drinks, and had to ask two additional times for the beverage before it was brought out (about halfway through the meal).

You'll find some standard fare on the menu along with some interesting combos - especially appetizers.

The food and service were great, as always. I've dined there a number of times, and never been disappointed. I would recommend it to anyone looking for good food and drink with a good variety on the menu.

Had a nice going away lunch for 8 and was able to get in and out within an hour-great service and good food. More vegetarian options would be nice, but they have a bean burger as well as pizzas. Look out for early in the week specials on food all day (and happy hours the rest of the week). Overall a very solid neighborhood choice for a sit-down restaurant. Happy hour can be very crowded but they have good food and drink specials.

We were looking for a restaurant downtown at the last minute, and Chef Geoff's was able to accommodate us -- which turned out to be a wonderful find. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive. We were most pleased with our dinners and will be back.

They never disappoint at Chef Geoff's! I called two days ahead and was able to move up my reservation. The food was awesome- as usual- and the service was outstanding. There were many runners after the Nike Half Marathon and it was a great place to celebrate finishing the race.

We really enjoy Chef Geoff's, but this time we happened to come for brunch on a Sunday morning after the Nike Women's Marathon. STAY AWAY when this place is crowded. My family and I had to yell at each other (literally) to be heard and it was horrible. We were tucked in the little back room where noise bounces around like none other. Next time I'm going to request that we not sit in that awful back room.

This was my first visit to Cheff Geoff's and I definitely plan to return. The service was excellent (from the reservations desk throughout), and we received our food and dessert swiftly. The quality of the food was fabulous! I don't remember the waiter's name, but he was excellent! You can share this comment with him by tracking the servers on Friday, April 26th. My reservation was at 12:30 p.m., and we were seated at table 10. KUDOS TO CHEFF GEOFF'S!

Food was great! Our waiter didnt even say hello just asked what we wanted. He made us feel like we were inconveniencing him.
