Best steak restaurant in Orlando. Everything is terrific from the food, service and ambiance. Adam the managing partner is the best as is all his other managers. We like it so much we eat there at least once a month.

While you know you will be receiving the very best in steaks when attending Charley’s, it’s the attention to detail and service that truly makes it an experience!! It is the reason we continue to return.

Always great service and great food

Steaks were delicious. My husband had the aged bone in ribeye and I had the filet. Both were cooked perfectly and the sides were very good too.

Our bartender/server, Emily, did a fantastic job. She tended to our needs promptly and made sure we were fully satisfied with our meal. I would come back to Charley's just to have her as our bartender/server again. Outstanding job, Emily. Thank you.

Always have a filet mignon, always excellent. Had the filet mignon again, above excellent, super tender and flavorful. Best baked potatoes ever! Service was great! Love Charleys for an occasion or just want a great steak. Service was excellent as always

The absolute best steak I have ever had. Staff was super attentive and friendly but not annoying. Ambiance fantastic. A great place for a perfect steak and a fine cigar. I'll be back.

Marcelino and Frances were amazing! It is always a welcoming atmosphere, and they continued the tradition! Food was amazing and the ambiance was inviting.

When in Orlando. I always make a point to visit Charlie's. Escargot, and steak tartare is as good as it gets. Steaks are cooked over an oak and citrus wood 1,200 degree fire. The rib eye is awesome and if you like "Pittsburgh Rare" order the filet. The put it in a wire basket and thrust it directly into the coals and OH WOW!

The food was amazing as always. This is our go to place when we visit Orlando.

This was our 2nd trip to Charley’s this week (vacation). In between trips we visited the competition (The Capital Grille). There is NO comparison to Charley’s!!!! Te food, service, atmosphere......etc. Charley’s wins hands down!

Service was top notch. 3 of 4 steaks for our party were wrong. Manager waived 2, replaced them all. It’s just when it’s that nice of a place and that expensive, it’s should be right all the time

Took a couple coworkers for their first time. Both really enjoyed it.
Cedar plank crab cakes, salad and Filets for all. Great meal as usual

Our server Brandon was awesome, very knowledgeable about entire menu and did make good suggestions for drinks. The wagu tomahawk I shared was the best steak I have had there so far! The extra dry aged steaks are delicious also.

Amazing dining experience !! Our meals were absolutely delicious & service was outstanding. Will definitely return whenever we are in area.

One steak came out under cooked and when brought back it was burnt only ate half because had a char taste the ask for our check and had to wait 25 minutes to get it from when asked

Always great food and service.

I've eaten at Charley's 15 times going back 30 years , usually very good.
Service was not good , scattered 3 different people , Took a really long
time for main course . waiter was slow to get our orders in . when it came
1 dish ( fish ) was cold , my boss , who refused to take another dish , they
apologized offered us free deserts we accepted. Dinner took 3 1/2 hrs.
Steaks were good and apps were good. Maybe they were short handed.
But a tedious meal, not well served , no excuse for the fish.

Steak was under cooked.. With the steak being sent back twice the mushrooms and.pepper corn sauce was not warm. Sauce flavor was great.

The experience was great and we had a fantastic server. The meal was pretty good. Overall, it was overpriced for the value. This may be due to economies of scale of some sort. Their wine list was decent however 20% greater than competitors in the area. The steaks were around the same price however were not as good as a Ruth’s Chris. Please don’t waste your money on the lobster Mac n cheese. For a very similar meal, we had the same price point or better at Eddie V’s, which I would return to over this restaurant.
