We had an amazing birthday celebration! Our server Katelyn (sp?) went above and beyond to make the evening memorable. The cocktails were generous and delicious, and the fish tacos and steak frites divine. The creme brule was perfect and the birthday girl chose mousse which she loved. We loved the high table booth, which was very generous in space, and had decent lighting. We will definitely be back again!

Menu is varied and a lot to choose from. There were 6 in our party, and all entrees were excellent. The appetizers were very good as well. We will be back!

It was superb. I ordered my usual glass of chianti and the filet mignon. When my order arrived my food was at most, warm. I was very surprised. My two friends ordered that same meal and it was nice and hot. I advised the waitress who immediately rectified the situation: she offered me an appetizer while I waited; My meal came very shortly afterwards and it was piping hot. How delicious! To my surprise the waitress said I would not have to pay for my dinner (wine and coffee as well). Now that is the best customer service ever. Speaks to the class and sophistication that exudes a The Charcoal Steakhouse. I will return forever. Thank you Charcoal. The best restaurant in the region.

This was one of the best dining out experiences I’ve ever had. The food, service, ambiance were all excellent. The staff go out of their way to be polite, professional and helpful. We never had to wait for assistance or to place our orders, but never felt like the staff were hovering or annoying at all. The food, cocktail and wine menus have pretty much something for everyone. The kitchen staff knocked it out of the park. We ordered a Cosmo and a martini from the bar. Excellent drinks! Shrimp cocktail and oysters for starters and the shrimp were very large and so delicious. Plus, these were the best oysters I’ve ever enjoyed in a restaurant, ever! Steak Frites, the house specialty Smoked Ribs, Skillet of Brussel Sprouts for our mains. The steak was impeccably cooked, and the ultra tender and smoky ribs were a smash hit. We also ordered a bottle of Decoy Cab Sauv to enjoy with our meal. We had no room for dessert! LOL. Phenomenal dining experience. All the tables around us were exuding comments of praise for the food and everyone seemed so happy. Noise level was moderate. Not loud at all. 100% we will return.

Thought we would be cold on the outdoor patio but it was very warm and cozy....Great atmosphere
