Cedros is an American-style seafood restaurant incorporated with Japanese flavors. Our dishes are inspired by traditional West Coast fish house cuisine. We use only the best ingredients available, sourcing fresh, local, and seasonal fish and produce daily from local markets. We update our menu every season to adapt to what’s available on the marketplace and to serve ingredients at their best, when they are naturally in season. Booking Policy: ★Cancellation Fee (Yen/per person) ●For parties of 3 or more:※Within 24 hours of the booking time:5000※Within 12 hours of the booking time:8000 ●For parties of 7 or more:※Within a week prior to the booking date:5000※Within 12 hours of the booking time:8000 ★Your table will only be reserved for 2 hrs. ★Bookings are only accepted at 6, 7 & 8:15 pm. Chef Kousuke Yagi, who honed his skills in a number of famous restaurants in Italy, particularly the Michelin 3-star Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, La Luna Rossa and Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, gives you a heartfelt welcome.His creations, made with difficult to obtain, carefully selected seasonal ingredients, are an expression of his gratitude on a plate, fusing the spirit of Japan with the Chef’s love for Italy. The ¥8,800 dinner menu has seven courses.
