We go to Center Cut Steakhouse every time go go to Las Vegas. We love, love, love it. Great staff and awesome food.
Great service and great food
Food was amazing, a little bit of a wait but guaranteed quality, service was on point also, will definitely be back to try out the desserts as we were too stuffed to eat anything else!
We told them it was our wedding anniversary which they acknowledged by saying happy anniversary but they didn't even bring out a small piece of cake or anything. The waiter actually made us feel rushed. The shrimp cocktail wasn't cold like it should be. The rib-eye steaks were so-so. I think I had better from Wal-Mart. Don't think we will be back.
Nikki was a very good waitress. Food was great, will return.
I have it a 5 star because the best I can give... food was great and our server was over the top!!!!
It was my birthday and the meal was great with high cut of prime rib and sorbet for the birthday girl.
We were treated like royalty there. Our waitress was amazing and so was the gentleman filling our drinks as well. I will definitely go back there when we go back to Vegas!
Family and enjoyed the service the atmosphere...food was fabulous...steaks were so tender..filet..celebrate with family ⭐⭐👑💥
I’ve been to Vegas 20 times . I’ve been to steak houses all over . The food is fabulous and service wonderful , no disappointment here! Thank you for accommodating my friend and I with a booth. She is deaf and it was appreciated .
The AC was not working properly. We were seating right under a light that kept us hot throughout the whole meal. Not very attractive to be all sweaty during a date dinner. Other than that, the steaks were perfectly cooked.
Eating at Centercut was the ONLY good experience we had while staying at the Flamingo. Wait Staff was amazing and so was the food!
Aged prime rib was not very tender. The server said it was cooked about six hours, but it should have been slow cooked closer to twelve hours for flavor and tenderness.
Staff and service was great. The $50 dry aged steak was really tough.
One of the best filet mignon's I've ever eaten! Lobster was very rubbery, my guess is that it was overcooked and the shame of that is that the tails were very nice sized but couldn't cut or chew through, just bounced off my husbands teeth.
Excellent food and terrific value. Unlike Ramsey's and other notable pretentious steakhouses, this place just serves great food, no frills.
We come here every year when in town. Wonderful food, but could work on the presentation.
This was an outstanding experience. From the recommondations on wine to the food prep, plating and service. We will be back!! Thank you for a wonderful dinner and evening. :)
This was a great place to eat! Highly recommend. The food was fantastic, the service was impeccable, the restaurant had great ambience. We ate there before Donny & Marie. They were mindful of our time, bit we didn't feel rushed. 5 stars!!!
This was a fine restaurant.
Kur reservation was honored on time, the food was really good.
Ee started out with crab cakes which had some pretty large lumps of crab in them making them very tasty then we went to our main course which included a petite filet mignon for my wife and a 16 oz prime rib cut for myself... we shared some broccolini and we shared a baked potato
Everything was cooked to perfection... the service was very good and as it was my wife's birthday and I had indicated that on our reservation they even brought over a little surprise birthday dessert. I think that anyone that goes to this restaurant will enjoy it but you have to go for the steak because it is a steakhouse!
Of course they have great aged steaks, but there also was a very fresh and accurate beet salad we enjoyed, and the classic shrimp cocktail was amazing! For being located between the pool/habitat and the casino floor, the restaurant was very quiet and classically simply. I enjoyed the TV screen scrolls of the old heritage days of the Vegas strip, but I think they could have done a little more in the furniture/fixture areas for more ambiance. Service was quick and attentive. I had the 16 oz 45-day aged strip steak. I knew when I ordered, that a strip steak is traditionally a little tough, so this would put the aging process to the test. Although the steak was not tough, it definitely was not 'fork tender' as you would think it should have been for 45 days of aging. I still enjoyed it as it was the texture of a "non-aged" typical sirloin. Well, now I know and have tried it. If we go back, this cut would not be my choice again (especially for $51 w/o sides, lol)
Steak was chewy. Prime beef in Florida is not chewy.
The restaurant is located in a crowded, high-traffic corridor. Our table wasn’t ready when we arrived. Service was o.k., but certainly not top-notch. The steak was flavorful but the frenetic pace of the meal and circus like atmosphere of the dining room wasn’t conducive to dining.
At Center Cut, I had made a reservation 3 weeks in advance through Open Table. My party was large- 12 people for 8:30pm. When we arrived (15 minutes early) I checked in and the 2 females at the reception area said "Yeah, your table will be ready closer to 8:30p." So my party sat in the tables across from the restaurant waiting which was fine. To reiterate, I checked us in and spoke to the 2 females at reception. At 8:30p my phone rang from a 702 number so I answered it and it was them telling me the table was ready. I could literally see them and was right across the hall- not even 10 ft. Haha. When they were about to seat us they said "Just so you know, parties of 8 or more can only split the bill 4 ways." This was a complete shock to me. We were in Vegas for a Bachelorette party. Why can't they just bill everyone separately?
Once we were seated, 2 gentlemen waited on us. They were polite and accommodating- no complaints with them.
I ordered the prime rib because we were at a Steak House. I have had much better prime ribs made at my house. It was tough, not flavorful at all and I was very disappointed with it.
When the bill came, it took us about 40 minutes to figure out who owed what and how to split the bill as again, there were 12 of us and it was over $500. Seriously, the biggest, most frustrating situation I have ever experienced and what is supposedly a mid to high end steakhouse. I will not be back nor will I recommend it to any of my friends.
Not being able to split the bill, really set the tone for the experience. If I would have known this policy up front, I would have cancelled the reservation. Allow your guests to split the bill however they would like. You are charging $40 for a slice of meat, you can afford to allow your clientele to pay in the manner they prefer.
The following night, we went to Maggiano's where they allowed us to split the bill 12 ways.
Wonderful food and the service was first class
Wait staff described special of 24 ounce NY Strip and any side but failed to tell us it was $94 dollars!! We could have ordered a steak and side for much less.
Quality was Super.
Food was mediocre steak was not worth it not flavorful. We ended up eating only a couple bites of the steak and ended up tossing them not even good for leftovers. Ordered lobster Mac and cheese and loaded baked potato for sides, the loaded baked potato was the best thing we ordered on the menu!!
Great food! It's a little pricey, but definitely a case of you get what you pay for. High quality steaks, sides extra. Get the creme brulee!
The staff was friendly and very attentive. The steaks were cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. Will visit each time we are in Vegas!
One of the best Prime Ribs that I have ever had!
I would also suggest the Roasted Corn side dish.
Went there for father's day for the first time, it was great. We both enjoyed it a great deal
Awesome filet. Great wine. Asparagus also amazing. Mushrooms were a bit disappointing — looked like sautéed sliced canned button mushrooms, large amount. I would have preferred less, but a more exotic blend.
Finest steaks at reasonable prices for the strip. You get a history lesson of Vegas through the photographs on the screens around the restaurant, we found ourselves ticking off the places we'd been
Our experience was wonderful. Everyone went out of there way for our anniversary. Food was exceptional.
It was good. Not the best steak house around but it was good for a passing by any random time.
Amazing restaurant, seated almost exactly at our reservation time. By far the best steak I have ever had. Would highly recommend
Good place for a date night with the wife , good service, food and ambiance .
Jennifer was our server. Ask for her! She’s fabulous and knows what she’s doing. The food was outstanding!
Was going to the Donny & Marie show at the Flamingo and took a chance on the Center Cut Steakhouse. Restaurant was loud and cigarette smokey as it is attached to the casino. Food was overpriced and just OK for a steakhouse at that price range. Service was great and got us out with time to get to our show.
