View Private Dining DetailsServer was great. Food was good but not exceptional. Steak was about average but not the quality you would expect from a restaurant of this caliber.
We had a table right up front so had great people watching but were totally on display as well. Everyone walking by had to look at our table as it was the only table up there. The rest of the tables were behind us and a wall and had more privacy. The server brought our food out and gave everyone their steaks but left all the sides on a tray and walked away because he forgot something. The sides sat on the tray for at least 2-3 minutes. Luckily another server noticed and promptly handed out the sides. I think our server should have handed out the sides then returned to retrieve whatever it was that he had forgotten in the kitchen. Overall the food was delicious and our party had a great time!
I had a great experience at Center Cut with my husband. We wer4e visiting Vegas for our honeymoon and the restaurant and the staff was lovely.
The beef had no flavor. For $50 it should have been cooked to order and had some flavor. Service was great. Bread good.
The food was good nothing special and not worth the money. The service was outstanding. Everyone was very attentive. Our server was excellent also. I believe his name was Kevin.
I have been often to these steak house I reccomand.
I had the Lobster Bisque, loved the flavor no lobster. My husband had the shrimp something and he enjoyed it. I got the filet, which should have melted in my mouth. It did not. My husband had the Rib eye and it was over cooked and also should have been wonderful. Not worth the money. A baked potato is $9 as are all sides. Crazy. Go somewhere else.
Great food, great service !! Steaks are fantastic, sides are for two!! Dinner rolls are different in a good way! Staff was very attentive We will be back!!
Food was excellent and our server was superb. my card carrier fell out of my purse and they called me after we had left. I was able to pick it up the next day. Thank you!
Dinner before show. Food was very average.
The food was mediocre, the cowboy steak was overly salty, the prime rib was pretty good however a bit on the fatty side. The croissant like dinner rolls were hard and way too salty. The only good part was the service was fabulous! However based on the food, we would not recommend.
Great dinning and a great atmosphere with a slide show of old strip photos. Porterhouse was great and juicy melts in your mouth. Prime rib great. Filets were great and prices were in line with what you get.
Was a little disappointed with the steaks at Center Cut. We ordered the dry aged rib eye which was the most expensive steak on the menu. Was expecting the meat to be very tender but it was much drier than I would have liked. That being said, the meat was cooked perfectly and the sides and seafood tower were great. Our server was attentive and friendly.
Food was above average and the service was trmendous.
Awesome as always!!! We are repeat customers and as always we had great service and the even comped some campaign for our anniversary.
Dinner was amazing and was the best steak dinner I have ever had! Will recommend to all my friends who frequent Las Vegas!
Ate there before Donnie and Marie show. Great service and great food. Could have made a meal on the wine and rolls.....excellent.
I ordered prime rib and it was more medium rare than medium, which I had requested. The meat was also a bit dry and tough. My asparagus was woody. I ate only the tops. The bread was fantastic however. The atmosphere was pleasant and quiet. The waiter was attendant and responsive. My dinner party had a $20 per room discount and that's why we went there. There are many better steakhouses for about the same price I'd would recommend instead.
Restaurant was bright and open. Table was large and seating was comfortable. Service from the assistant waiter was excellent. The main waiter was rather slow. The food was excellent from bread to dessert. As a Vegas local who eats a lot of steak, this is my second favorite steakhouse.
The food was amazing, the staff was excellent, the ambiance was great. Overall a wonderful 40th Birthday experience!
Very good food. Always go here when we are on vacation in Vegas. Would recommend this restaurant.
Good place to dine before a show at the Flamingo! The lobster tails are real find. The best that I have ever had. Filet Mignon was tender and tasty.
Great great service (Eric/Leo) and great food. Our server Eric was on point with recommendations and allowing us time to enjoy each course. Leo was great as well keeping us refilled, checked on and just taken care of! Only thing that was a little disappointing was the hostess station. They did not make us feel welcome at all.
Good old fashioned steakhouse. Excellent filet. Been her twice now and loved it both times. Will definitely return.
My husband and I love this restaurant we celebrated our engagement a year ago at center cut and this year went back to celebrate our marriage. It will be our tradition from
Now on. Food is amazing!!
Food was very good and our waiter Charlie was friendly and informative. My one complaint is that for the price of the entrees all of your side dishes are ala carte
Thank you
Ernie H
Petite filet was cooked perfect
This was to be one of our upscale meals. The waiter was less than attentive. Actually, he gave us the wrong bill when we were leaving. The bill was for the table next to us be he had added our beer to their bill so thought it was ours. The prime rib was greasy and salty. The mashed potatoes were tasteless. It was so loud in there that I could not hear what my husband across the table was saying.
Absolutely great? I ordered my steak well done the chef cooked it perfectly! Hard to find that! Wonderful service! The chef came to our table because we had a very nice manager who checked to make sure we were taken care of and I bragged on mt steak! Thank you all for making our dinner a wonderful experience!
Small portions for a big price. Better for a special occasion than everyday dining.
Celebrated our anniversary at Center Cut before the Donny & Marie show. The beef was perfectly prepared. My husband loved the French Onion soup and the wedge salad had a lot of Maytag bleu cheese. We shared a prime rib. It was so tender and flavorful. Our server and the manager were both so genuinely friendly. We will definitely return.
The quality beef takes center stage. The vegetable sides are generous, cooked right, and do not intrude. It easily sets you back over 100$ a person. Still went twice in one week because the filet mignon was calling.
Center Cut was very nice steak house with very good food. I would recommend this to anyone but, let it be known that if you are handicapped you will have to enter the restaurant through the Diamond club at the Flamingo because the front entrance has three or four steps.
This was our third visit to Center Cut Steak House. All food and service was excellent. WE would recommend this restaurant highly to anyone,
We come to Vegas yearly for Nascar an we always book a dinner here. great steak great service.
Excellent service!! Great vegetarian option.
Filet was wonderful. Best dining experience that we had was on our trip. Better than big name chef restaurants on the strip.
It was 1st anniversary for my wife & I. My wife’s first time in Vegas! I have been many times. Both 1st time at center cut. Waiter was very robotic & scripted! Not personal, not friendly. Food was ok/good. Prime rib was perfect. Bake potato was old or had sat in a hot well too long. Very burnt no flavor. A few gnats hovered our table & food which was very annoying. Especially for a fine dining restaurant! Over all ok experience for what I paid I could’ve shown my wife a better time else where!
Service was impeccable! Wait staff very well trained and attentive, but not overly attentive. Food was good. Salads were huge! Not fond of ambiance or the way the tables are set up. Had an enjoyable dinner.
We were staying at the Flamingo Hotel so decided to try the Steakhouse. We arrived and decided to go with lighter fare. Started with the crispy skinned pork belly, lobster bisque and rustic wedge salad. The “crispy “ skinned pork belly was anything but crispy. I’m not sure how long it had been sitting, but it was barely like warm. The lobster bisque was good, but it would have been nice to have a couple small pieces of lobster in it. The wedge salad was good. Since we had the 3 smaller items, we decided to share the Seafood Towers. The menu says 2-4 persons 58.00. We substituted the 4 oysters for 4 shrimp. So we had 7 shrimp total, half a lobster tail, and one small king crab leg. Not sure how that would feed 4 people.
The service was great, but unfortunately the value for the food was not up to Steakhouse standards.
Food is great. Service was great. However disappointed in the menu changes. It’s just like any other steakhouse now. It used to have a more varied menu. I miss the lamb chops and pork chops especially.
