Really glad I found this on open table when looking for outdoor options to meet a friend near Malvern, food was great, good mix of bar food options and more upscale entrees. Our waiter was very sweet and attentive even though we were pretty much the only people sitting outside. Fire pit in the table was great ambience. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.
Good times with friends, and live music from Adam McCue.
They were incredibly accommodating to our party of 6, and then turned to 7 within a two-hour notice. We let them know that we had a 8-Month-Old and they set us up in the back room with a high chair where it was very quiet. Our server was fantastic and fun! She was relatable and you could tell she enjoyed working there. Food was wonderful too. The Mushroom Bisque and Calamari was a highlight.
Kristen was on top of everything and made for a wonderful dining experience.
Always enjoy our meals at CH - they have an outstanding staff, always very friendly and welcoming. Wish I could remember our servers names - but she was terrific. We had sandwiches and salads, enjoyed everything.
Loved the music and the outside dining!
Cedar Hollow Inn is excellent for Sunday Brunch after church. The Eagle's Game was on in the bar as well, so able to keep up with the score while enjoying great food and service.
Great place for relaxing evening with a quality food. Highly recommended
Great food, nice atmosphere, never disappointed!!!
Birthday celebration including children
Love this place, food was exceptional and service is the best, will be back for sure.
Amazing food, wonderful atmosphere and relaxing live music. Highly recommend.
Our server, Kristen was wonderful! Noise inside was a bit loud in the dining room due to two large parties. Outside was perfect, complemented by live music, which was appropriate for dining. Marteen was cooking, romaine salad accompanied by a perfectly cooked flank steak was Michelin quality! Tuna was served a bit cool. Their wine list includes an impressive Pino Noir. We’ll be back!!
Great classic music and food was very good, we’ll be back for sure!
Food last night was outstanding. Portions were more than plentiful.
Great food & service. Will visit again when in the area.
We had a wonderful brunch outside. Service was great.
No one came over to us for a long time. Finally a very nice waiter asked if anyone had helped us because he saw us sitting so long. He was very nice. The woman that was chatting at every table, setting up lights at every table, etc ignored us and never attended to us. I finally asked for water and silverware and napkins. I told her that we were left unattended and she blamed it on the waiter. That was very rude of her to throw the nice waiter u set the bus. And fir not being busy it took a ridiculous amount of time to get our food.
Mimi our server was excellent and the music was very nice too.
Longtime diner...very disappointed: extravagant prices and lower quality.
Example: Shrimp Lejon, always a very good appetizer, was a major disappointment: 3 small shrimp with uncrisp bacon wraps were priced at $16...$5.33 a shrimp!!
Will think hard before returning.
Burger was overcooked but the rest of our foor was good.
They had a special event going on so noise level was louder than normal and service was a little slower than normal. But, they were up front about it when we got there and they were wonderfully nice to us. It had no impact on food quality. It was great. This has really turned into one of our most favorite local places.
Very casual feel but upscale menu. Live music was nice. Very accommodating for member of party with food allergy
Great variety on their menu. I had the short ribs which were very good. We split a Caesar salad and that was not very good - yellow lettuce, nothing special. We were seated on the porch which is nice but the bar crowd is very loud which carries over into that area. I would recommend going later after happy hour is over.
My people did not like their chargrilled prime rib. Everything else was great!
The newest 'GEM' in our necklace of favorite eateries. We love the food, the staff, the owner, Dan and the other patrons!
Food consistently good. Live music is a nice touch. Busy but the service was still good.
Great experience! We were down in Malvern 2 months ago on a business trip and found this restaurant. We couldn’t wait to come back!
Constantly good food. Service varies, but mostly good (last night was very good). One of the hostesses is not always very friendly. But The food is good, the environment is good, and I have been coming for years- so I over look this and one of the not so friendly waiters.
We were there for lunch which was delicious. Service was good and ambience excellent.
Outside dining with a live band.... absolutely wonderful.
All terrific except the bar tender ignored me (new to place) to take care of her regulars. Had to go to front to get service as we waited to be seated for dinner
We are new to Cedar Hallow recently and find ourselves going at least weekly. Love the food, staff,(Marilee, Leah Anne(uno) and Leah Anne( Duo), TJ -Pastry chef & owner(Dan Wesolowski).
Thanks for a great time!
Maple and Larry
Absolutely a wonderful dinning experience as it has been. Waitress was super friendly. Sunday bottomless mimosa was a slick deal.
Food was delicious. Desert is a must have - prepared by their in-house pastry chef. What a missing gem in the back road of valley forge park.
Our server was very polite and attentive. Menu selection is varied and interesting. Food was just so slightly overdone. Still very tasty.
Great music, nice outdoor seating, great food and service
Great ambiance and food! Live music outside.
Great service (thank you Nanci). Oysters were fabulous as was our entrees. We shall return!
Fun time! Lots of interesting seating outdoors and indoors. Saturday early dinner live music. Food is outstanding and service was friendly and great.
