Outside dining with a live band.... absolutely wonderful.
All terrific except the bar tender ignored me (new to place) to take care of her regulars. Had to go to front to get service as we waited to be seated for dinner
We are new to Cedar Hallow recently and find ourselves going at least weekly. Love the food, staff,(Marilee, Leah Anne(uno) and Leah Anne( Duo), TJ -Pastry chef & owner(Dan Wesolowski).
Thanks for a great time!

Absolutely a wonderful dinning experience as it has been. Waitress was super friendly. Sunday bottomless mimosa was a slick deal.
Food was delicious. Desert is a must have - prepared by their in-house pastry chef. What a missing gem in the back road of valley forge park.
Our server was very polite and attentive. Menu selection is varied and interesting. Food was just so slightly overdone. Still very tasty.
Great music, nice outdoor seating, great food and service
Great ambiance and food! Live music outside.
Great service (thank you Nanci). Oysters were fabulous as was our entrees. We shall return!
Fun time! Lots of interesting seating outdoors and indoors. Saturday early dinner live music. Food is outstanding and service was friendly and great.
Such a great place for a summer Saturday dinner. The food was delicious and well plated. They had a nice variety of cocktails and our waitress was attentive and friendly. Nice atmosphere and music keeps us coming back!!
First time dining here and it was a very disappointing meal. Fried calamari was totally over cooked and rubbery. Wings were minuscule and burnt. We both had the black bass entree - it was the strangest plate of food. The black bass was overdone and inedible, scallop was like a pencil eraser and the mushroom ravioli was dry. I mentioned to our server that everything was over cooked and while he apologized nothing was done about the bill. I would not go back
My steak was a small serving, pre-sliced, and tough. Waitress was efficient but management gruff. No birthday cake available and in bringing a small one , they wanted to charge for slicing it. The manager greeted me at the door regarding this and was very negative. Nice restaurant but they need to be more gracious and accommodating.
Quality of the food didn’t meet the price point! Poor presentation! Service was good not great.
A pleasant evening was had at the Cedar Hollow Inn! The food was delicious and everyone was very accommodating. I hadn’t been to this restaurant in quite some time and was happy to return!
Great menu selection! We are out of the area and actually went to dinner the previous night for the first time and was so impressed with some of the selections we wanted to come back the next day.
We were leading a workshop in the area at a local hotel and looked on Open Table for some suggestions for dinner in the area and was impressed with the menu selection so we gave it a try. We were quite pleased with the preparation and presentation of the food when it came out. My wife has some gluten concerns and our waitress repeatedly checked with the chef to make sure her selections were the right ones. The soups were excellent and the entrees were very tasteful and great portions. The dessert options were many but we were so full we were not able to order any. We would definitely come back again to get some of the other selections which look like they would be great choices.
Great place to hang out. Food is always great and nicely varied menu.
Decent food, nice staff. A little loud inside, but there was an outside option.
As always, a great go to place!
Cozy place. Excellent food and service.
Food was wonderful as usual.
Solid option for a night out. Great bar and good food. We are outside and while it’s not fine dining, we really enjoyed the night.
We decided to try here for the first time on a Friday night because our favorite band was playing. Overall, it was very good. Our server was pretty busy so service was sporadic and we had to wait awhile for drinks, dessert and our check. Our meal was delicious but the scallops were seriously undercooked and raw. The swordfish that they came with was excellent though. Unfortunately, even though we were enjoying the band and the ambiance was nice, we ended up leaving early because the one air vent was blowing directly on us making it unbearable to sit where we were. It was freezing cold air and very unpleasant. We will definitely try here again. Overall, very good food and service.
Three of our party enjoyed their entre and salads. My entre (shrimp, rice and avocado) was OK. The sauce was nondescript and did not do justice to the rice and 5 shrimp.
Overall it was a great experience. The short ribs on the menu are to die for! Our server was very attentive, without being annoying. He gave the extra touch that you expect and appreciate. We sat in the front section with the windows which has a nice ambience. The only downside was that the noise from the live music in the bar area was a bit much at times.
Excellent Sunday brunch with friends. Three of us had salads, and one had the Huevos Rancheros. All were excellent.
Our food, server and drinks were good.
Everything was good until a table of 4 were seated near us that were very loud
Our first time here visiting this hidden gem. Our server was wonderful and the food was great. Definitely recommend. We will go back again.
Outdoor dining at side is much nicer than under the tent in the front.
Cedar Hollow is a fantastic venue with a phenomenal atmosphere! My neighbors and I have started going regularly for Quizzo every Tuesday night! Big Mike’s Trivia is challenging and fun. I can’t say enough about how accommodating and efficient Joe is as a server! He takes great care of us and makes us feel at home! We’ll keep coming back!
An enjoyable experience thanks to our outstanding server, Joe. We headed out for a relaxing Sunday evening meal dining outside. The Cedar Hollow Inn was a good place for that. We showed up a little early for our 6 o'clock reservation and had plenty of seating from which to choose under the canopy or tables with individual umbrellas. The menu is small, but varied. The artichoke dip was delicious; you could really taste the artichoke and the pita was quite fresh. The crispy chicken sandwich was just that: crispy on the outside and moist on the inside -- no frozen chicken here. The gumbo packed plenty of spicy goodness. It was thoughtfully served with the cornmeal breaded catfish laid on top of an andouille sausage scaffolding to keep it crisp. The catfish was piping hot, moist and flaky while the flavorful breading was crisp and light. The andouille was delightfully spicy... the type of heat that builds as you eat it. The entire dish was topped with a long hot pepper that was expertly blistered over an open flame (the only way to get those crispy skin blisters on a pepper). That's pepper was punch-you-in-yhe-face hot, which is how I like it. If you don't like spicy, don't get the gumbo. My only negative is that I could have used more rice in the dish. That being said, I didn't leave hungry.
Out waiter, Joe, was affable and helpful with menu suggestions. He provided just the right amount of friendly chit chat and attentive service.
Our server was excellent and super sweet. We had a very pleasant dining experience.
Took my 98-year-old grandmother for Mother's Day 2021. The service and food were good. My only complaint is their handicap accessibility. The "ramp" they had going into the restaurant was asphalt riddled with holes, bumps, and uneven surfaces! So dangerous.! My son and I had to hold onto her on both sides, even while she used her walker! Disgraceful! This is a woman who scoots around with the walker and walks a mile a day so she is not feeble. Do better...get it repaired and we will be back! Also, we sat in the sunroom. The acoustics were bad. The woman on the other side of the sunroom could be heard throughout our entire dinner. Every conversation -every word she said. It was so bad another table of two women asked to be moved inside but couldn't be accommodated because they were booked for Mother's Day.
Wonderful Mother’s Day lunch. Food was delicious and great staff that greeted my wife and daughter and the pleasant wait staff.
We had an enjoyable dinner. Food was good, service was great, and always enjoy the ambiance.
Food and drinks were good. Service poor. Felt bad for our waiter as he clearly had too many tables to take care of. He did his best and was extremely pleasant. Unfortunately very to because of the volume he had to deal with.
Very enjoyable evening. Our server, Joe, was an absolute delight. Dinner was delicious and would recommend the crispy Bass special. Hope to visit again soon.
Very nice place to impress on a first date..prices were pretty reasonable
Always good food and service. The pasta entree was outstanding.
