The Cedar Hollow Inn has been a local favorite for over 18 years. The building, which was built in the mid 1800's, lends an old-fashioned charm to an unpretentious atmosphere.

Chef Stephen Guiseppe of the Culinary Institute of America adds personal flair and imagination to a delectable menu of American Continental dishes. The daily Chef's Specials are creative and unpredictable, energetically inspired an hour or so before the menu is finalized.

Indulge yourself, family and friends to a casual fine dining experience in any of the three dining rooms, including an enclosed sun porch and a large bar area. Tucked away in the middle of everywhere, the Cedar Hollow offers an experience that keeps you coming back.

We were seated at a lovely table on the sunny front "porch". The shrimp with wild rice and avocado salsa was delicious as was the crabcake sandwich, the scallop salad and the bison sliders. Our waitress, Nanci, was very efficient and served us well. We have thoroughly enjoyed eating at the Cedar Hollow Inn Restaurant over the years and always find it to be a super spot. We've never had a bad meal. Kudos to the management!

Joe is our favorite server! Always efficient with a great sense of humor. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is delicious. Love Buck a Shuck Sundays.

We enjoyed our lunch on the porch yesterday! We had a nice table, a good server (he was prompt, professional and funny) and good food. Nice to know they have endless mimosa's we could try on another visit!

I have been wanting to go to Cedar Hollow Inn for a long time and finally made it! What a wonderful experience from the ease of making the reservation, to the hosttess greeting to the phenomenal older waittress and the food was outstanding. I will go again, and again. Wish I went years ago :)

We have been going to Cedar Hollow Inn for over 20 years. The restaurant has always been very quaint and a nice place to dine. However, in recent years the food quality has fallen down. We ordered the roasted duck and the grilled salmon Oscar. I would not recommend the Duck, though not greasy it missed the mark on flavor, it was obvious that it had been cooked many hours before and reheated before serving. The accompanying rice was dry and hard, and the asparagus was undercooked. The salmon Oscar was a mediocre meal with the mashed potatoes being the best part of the dish and it is the kind of meal best served dinner. To top this, you pay top dollar for each of these dishes. Not worth the price. Did the chef change?

The food and service was amazing. I had bottomless mimosas. The omelet was so good. The best part was the dessert had no plans on getting. The presentation of options was so enticing. After the 1st bite of the Creme Brule, I regret NOTHING! It was SOOOOO delicious. 😋 And my server, Nanci was wonderful.
