Cascades, un restaurante clásico estadounidense y churrasquería, está ubicado en el histórico hotel Stanley de 103 años de antigüedad. Sirve desayunos, almuerzos y cenas en el salón comedor. En el lounge también es posible degustar un coctel artesanal del menú de cocteles históricos. El menú incluye cortes de res con certificado Angus, mariscos frescos, sándwiches, pasta y platillos típicos de Colorado. El chef ha adaptado el menú para complementar la cocina local y ha introducido algunos platillos favoritos estadounidenses, con influencia de "la granja al platillo". El restaurante también ofrece helados caseros, postres y crème brulée. El bar y el lounge disponen de servicio completo de cenas, junto con una selección de bebidas sofisticadas y una carta con más de 500 whiskies. Ok experience, would give this place another shot. I had the wild game meatloaf, which was not only heavy on the salt but also the pepper. The mashed potatoes however, were perfect. The mouse had a slight grittiness to it, it was not nearly as smooth as any mousse I’ve had before, I was expecting so much more. The Empress Flora cocktail was super sweet and flowery on top of boozy, would’ve been better as a martini or on seltzer, due to its strength. Not enjoyable at all. I normally don’t send drinks back but I had to on this one. The old fashioned was so much better. My high top at the whiskey bar was perfect, it was not overcrowded nor too loud, and my server was amazing.

Definitely one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. Fresh, quality ingredients and attention to seasoning were the highlights. We had an appetizer (spin dip was amazing), 2 gold standard wagyu New York strips (2 sides of toppings which were big enough for the table~I had the horseradish cream and chimichurri *this was delicious but a little spicy and lots of garlic* YUM!), duck fat fingerling potatoes and 2 cocktails (smoking dead guy and redrum punch) We always leave a great tip with deserving service. We left spending just over $400 for the 2 of us.

Love the Stanley! It is such a beautiful and iconic place. New ownership has done an outstanding job bringing the place back alive!

Excellent service from Joel. Food was very good. Try their dry rub wings! Nice atmosphere We went for lunch to keep costs reasonable!

I took my friend here for her 1st time and she loved it! We went during the weekend of the Peacock halloween hosting event. I had a great time walking around and looking at everything and the food was phenomenal!!!

The host and server were very friendly and polite. Unfortunately, we didn’t see much of the server which made for a very long evening. Additionally, the $85 ribeye that we ordered medium rare came out medium well, and by the time we received the new order my husband was finished with his meal. Nothing else was offered while my 2 kids & I were waiting for steak to be remade, and no price adjustment or dessert were offered for the kitchen’s error. The restaurant is not kid friendly at all. There is no kids menu, and when asked for some bread or crackers for my daughter who wasn’t feeling well, we were told we would need to order one of the pricey charcuterie boards in order to receive crackers. Overall once we finally received food it was delicious, but I would not return or recommend this expensive restaurant to others especially those with children (of note our children are 11 & 13 years old).

Great atmosphere, food, and service! An overall good time. The Signature Old Fashioned was bomb and the Dry Aged Ribeye was cooked perfect and had amazing taste! You gotta check it out, especially if you’re staying at The Stanley! Bonus points for Dumb and Dumber being filmed there.

Food and drinks were so good! Pear martini with cinnamon was my favorite. Cool atmosphere and places to hang in the lobby.

No complaints except that is way overpriced. The food was fine, but I was not too impressed by anything. There was nothing I ate where I thought I would go back there for it.
