Cascades, un restaurante clásico estadounidense y churrasquería, está ubicado en el histórico hotel Stanley de 103 años de antigüedad. Sirve desayunos, almuerzos y cenas en el salón comedor.     Food and wait staff were fantastic! Table was very small and made of copper so all night after dinner I smelled like pennies, which was very weird.

    Seated right away but was almost 20 min before anyone checked on us. I ordered and then my husband asked if a burger could be made. After 15 min I went to find the waiter who turned in the order without asking any preferences. He argued and refused to get a manager so we left

    The meal was great. The place is beautiful. We ordered dessert, and our waiter said he had to leave and close out our check in order to avoid overtime. We waited 30 minutes for dessert to arrive.

    Was not the best service - I realize we are all shot handed but when we get seated and wait 10 minutes and then a couple get seated after our 10 minutes waiting patiently - we asked their server to maybe just maybe let our server know we are waiting - oh - and then our server had walked past us twice in our original 10 minutes - what up??? Also there is no dinner hamburger available any longer - what??

    We enjoyed lunch at The Cascades, sitting on outside patio. Nice, comfortable setting. Food (French dip, tomato bisque, chili) were all very good, as well as the cocktails. Enjoyed walking around the historic Stanley Hotel grounds. Recommended. (Be aware of $10 parking fee, of which $5 is redeemable. Fine with us.)

    Food should be much better. Service is average. Food prepared well and good service are NOT the Stanley’s priority.

    Atmosphere was nice. Server wasn't very attentive. Missed part of our order and food delivery was very slow. Nice place for a drink, but unlikely that we'll return for a meal. This was our 3rd time to have a dinner reservation. Service has definitely declined.

    Nice place for a nice meal. The selection is very limited at dinner. You have to pay $10 to park but get a token valued at $5 to use on food or tip. The food was pretty good but nothing Earth-shattering (I had the smoked prime rib and my wife had the meatloaf). The service was good and booking a table through OpenTable was the way to go. Worth a one time experience for me, but probably wouldn’t return.
