Cascades, un restaurante clásico estadounidense y churrasquería, está ubicado en el histórico hotel Stanley de 103 años de antigüedad. Sirve desayunos, almuerzos y cenas en el salón comedor. En el lounge también es posible degustar un coctel artesanal del menú de cocteles históricos. El menú incluye cortes de res con certificado Angus, mariscos frescos, sándwiches, pasta y platillos típicos de Colorado. El chef ha adaptado el menú para complementar la cocina local y ha introducido algunos platillos favoritos estadounidenses, con influencia de "la granja al platillo". El restaurante también ofrece helados caseros, postres y crème brulée. El bar y el lounge disponen de servicio completo de cenas, junto con una selección de bebidas sofisticadas y una carta con más de 500 whiskies. We visited Cascades before in February and the visiting chef was tremendous. This trip we booked hoping for another great experience. First, we arrived and were told we would need to wait to be seated for our reservation so they could prepare a table. While we were waiting another couple walked up for a reservation and were seated immediately and then a group with no reservation walked up and were immediately seated. I complained and then we were seated. You shouldn’t have to point out you have a reservation again to be seated ahead of walk ups. The food this time was sub-par and there was terrible kitchen management as the table next to us had 4 of the 8 entrees delivered 10 minutes before the others.

We always enjoy eating here. A little pricey, but the ambience , food quality and location make it well worth it !

We were seated about 10 minutes behind but were greeted by our server promptly and the rest of the dinner was delightful. We finished our dinner in time to get outside to watch the Independence Day fireworks celebration.

Service was absolutely amazing. Ambiance was fantastic- both inside as well as the patio. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would plan to come again in the future.

A bit overpriced for what it is but the setting in the Stanley Hotel is super unique and food was good! Service was slow and we had to ask for things a few times (high chair, silverware, etc.) but overall it was a decent meal.

Absolutely impeccable! Filet and bourbon barrel pork were outstanding. Yanna went above and beyond as our server to make sure everything was perfect. Even when a 16 top sat next to us and the noise level went up we enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

Overall a very good experience at a very nice historical hotel. Ala carte beef prices seemed a bit high from a value POV. Appetizers were a relatively good value !
