   Can’t complain about service since there was none. Charged me $20 for two bottles of tap water. Food had no flavor, order was wrong, showed the waiter and shoulders where shrugged.

   It would be perfect if they could step up their food. Meat wasn’t seasoned enough and bland, raviolis were cooked frozen and weren’t totally reheated. They used good ingredients but prep wasn’t there. If the kitchen could up their game we would be regulars since other aspects are great.

   I asked for a table where my wife and I could sit together and I was not provided with my request. The hostess could care less. Says she did not confirm the reservation. Someone else. There was only one waiter for an entire room. Awful.

    It was Easter Sunday and I was getting together with family and friends I haven’t seen in a while. I went to order a hot chocolate with vodka, but when I mentioned hot chocolate the waiter cut me off, and said they didn’t have that available. When he realized I was going to add alcohol, he went and asked and by some miracle (eye roll) they found hot chocolate. My burger was ordered medium and came out well done. That combined with the level of disinterest to my party made for a very sub par experience.

    Made to wait 20 min past our reservation time as the hostess was engrossed in conversation with bar patrons. Food quality was lackluster, their pasta is still the best in Aspen (and of good repute) but the Milanese was dry. Overall disappointing.

    I was upset that there were no wines under 150 dollars. I imagine their selection is very good but they should have more options. Tried the gnocchi they were good but the sauce was terrible. I also had the steak and that was really good.

    We had reservations at 9:15pm. When we were seated, we felt very rushed. We ordered drinks and then an appetizer. We were told we had to order everything at one time due to the kitchen was closing in 20mins. Our original resv was for 9:30. I asked for an earlier time. Why would you take reservations this late to make you feel rushed? We ordered the truffle fondue, which was amazing, but pricey ($85). I ordered steak, which was just okay and my daughter ordered the lobster linguini which she really enjoyed. We ordered a side of brocollini, but they gave us just broccoli which was dry. When I asked, I was told they ran out and just substituted it, but will take it off my bill and took the broccoli away. We were not offered to exchange it for another side, probably because the kitchen was already closed. Had they told us prior, I would have replaced it with asparagus. The worst thing was while we were eating they literally started cleaning around us. There were three tables with customers and they were preparing for the next day. It was not a very good experience for the price. I'm not sure I would return.

    It was abundantly obvious that the host staff were not prioritizing my group after I checked in for the reservation. The people seated ahead of my group were being prioritized due to who they were, rather than who arrived first, group size, or convenience for restaurant staff. I had a reservation for 5 people at 7:45 on a Sunday evening. My party and I arrived about 10 minutes early, and I checked in with the host who said that they were getting our table ready and would be ready by our 7:45 reservation. As we were waiting, all of the other 5 or 6 parties with 7:45 reservations began checking in, some with two people and others with similar group sizes (4-6) as mine, and every party was seated before mine. After I recognized what was happening I asked the host if they forgot about my party to which the response I got was “the party at your table is almost leaving”, a blatant lie as nobody exited the restaurant between then and when we were seated. We were finally seated at about 8:15, 30 minutes after our scheduled reservation and almost 45 minutes after we got to the restaurant. The cost of the restaurant lays the foundation for an exceptional end to end dining experience. The customer service I received by the host severely hindered my experience and I will not be returning, or recommending Casa Tua for friends or family who are visiting Aspen.

    We book Cassa Tua every year we go to Aspen with our adult children and their spouses. We typically have a large group and this year nothing seemed to go right. The restaurant was extremely busy, but they know well in advance how many people are going to be at the restaurant. Drinks were late to arrive. Appetizers were mixed up and meals completely subpar for the price. It’s just not worth it any longer.

    We had our one year old grandson with us and the service good not have been better. Food was delish, especially the baked eggplant for the vegetarians, and we’re very picky about eggplant!

    The filling of the raviolli was cold. The brazino fish was without seasoning. Recommended wine choices were not good. The background music is loud. For a restaurant of this stature, small details should improve.

    Cozy restaurant with great menu. Food was delicious and service attentive. Will definitely return. We had the eggplant mozzarella appetizer which was divine, frisée salad, tagliatelle bolognese, veal Milanese and finished off with tiramisu.

    Came here for lunch. Food was great. Location and ambiance was great. I loved the atmosphere. I think there were very much well staffed that we were approached to have our plates taken while we were not done eating yet. I loved the attentiveness but our plates were taken as soon as I had my last bite.
