Wonderful place to stay! Friendly and helpful staff and very nice accommodations! Breakfast was the best and the attached restaurant, Caroline's was exceptional in food and service! We are looking forward to another stay!

Excellent dinner! We enjoyed the grilled salmon and it was so delicious. Paired this with their local Rose’. Desert of Palisade bread pudding was delicious. Service was great. We watched sunset on the Mesa complete with bighorn sheep. Would definitely recommend if in Palisades.

This is a lovely place in a beautiful little Vineyard. The staff was very accommodating. Mt husband's steak was fantastic and my friends Rasputin was great. The French onion soup was very good too. My chicken however was dry and potatoes were cold. I5 was a fun experience though.

Caroline’s was a wonderful experience starting with excellent service. The French Onion Soup was delicious along with the Vegetable Ragout and the Palisade Peach Dessert. I highly recommend this place.

There was a bridal party at the restaurant when we arrived they were loud-/not using their inside voices-- once they left the room the dining room noise was normal and pleasant. Food and staff were good. Enjoyed our dinner experience.

I went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with a reservation for 4 at 8:00. When our party arrived, our reservation wasn’t even acknowledged. We were rudely told as we walked in that they are closing at 9:00. The girl that received and seated us was rude, staring at us and various people from the kitchen kept looking out at us clearly wanting us to leave the whole time. It was uncomfortable are really surprising and I was embarrassed I brought everyone where we weren’t wanted. We won’t be going back.

We went out for a birthday weekend for my mom. THEY DID SUCH AN AMAZING job, they dressed the table up different to make a statement, Bridgette saw us in the lobby holding the cakes and walked over grabbed the cakes and put them in the fridge until our reservation. They put the cake on a really nice plate and added candles. ABOVE AND BEYOND if you ask me. The food was fabulous like always. This definitely is going to be a stop every time we are in Palisade. Make your reservation!

Took my GF here as a cap to a nice fruit-tasting weekend. Got the trout dip, Elk steak, and the veggie ragu. The mountain restaurants are really hit-or-miss because they don't have as many people coming through rating them, and I typically rate the smaltown restaurants on a bit of a curve, but this place was easily a "city A"

Had an amazing night out. First time eating at Caroline's. Alexis, the hostess, was wonderful. Very polite and friendly, bubbly personality. Our server Manny was amazing! I do not have one complaint. Food was wonderful, drinks were so good, dessert yum!

This was our 2nd time here. The menu selection is limited but is made up for by the outstanding quality of the food. A lovely place, with a spectacular view, and friendly, efficient service. Better than many Denver restaurants for the same price.

Outstanding dining experience! First time meal. I don't know why we have not been before. Service was exceptional! Food was Amazing! Salmon was delicious. They use lots of local fresh farm ingredients in the dishes. I would have paid twice the price. We will definitely be back!

Server was attentive. With only one for the whole restaurant she had a lot on her plate, but managed. But for a price restaurant you would expect more waiter. Food started out good with the appetizer, Salmon Dip, follow by an average French onion soup followed by the low point of the evening. Either too much pepper on the elk loin or tasteless like the mushrooms with spinach. We should have stopped after the soup. Wine selection was all local and decent. The Merlot was actually very nice. Too expensive for the quality of food.

It was a beautiful setting and very nice, quiet atmosphere. I had the Chervil Brined Chicken and it was outstanding. The carrot puree was a nice extra. I would certainly go again and highly recommend.
