   My husband commented just after one bite of his filet. that is could quite possibly be the most tender tastiest filet he has had...ever. We had a nice relaxing extraordinary dinner on a quiet Monday evening on our way to a concert. The staff was just the right amount of friendly and attentive. We will eat here again most definately.

   We are never disappointed when we make the trip to Carmines, we always love the food and the atmosphere is very welcoming!!! Steaks are cooked to perfection and sides and appetizers always taste fresh!!! If you are in St Louis I highly recommend trying this restaurant, you will not be disappointed!!!

   My wife & I went here for a date night, we arrived prior to our reservation, and they got us in ASAP anyways, the service was amazing (we did not have a "ask/request" a thing the entire meal). The food was phenomenal, we had the toasted ravioli & a couple steaks. Everything was cooked perfectly to what we ordered. 10/10 would recommend to others.

   Sat at the bar, had dinner and drinks. Bartender Adam was wonderful, food was great! Definitely at a price point for special occasions only for us but we very much enjoyed ourselves.

   Charles our server was amazing. Recommended a wonderful moscato wine and a great dinner choice. Very attentive. The evening was perfect because of him. Owner of Carmines checked on us!

   Our family celebrated two job promotions with a visit to our favorite steakhouse, Carmines. The toasted ravioli are delicious (“pillows of love”). All four steaks were cooked perfectly and the service was very attentive to us, but not overly so. All of us were treated to a second fantastic dinner the next day, as the portions were very large. For a Wednesday evening the place was full, but we did not have to wait long for the food to arrive. A tremendous dining experience!
