Ball game crowd took a long time to be seated. Waitress was excellent
Hostess did not acknowledge us when we where checking in for our reservation. I understood she was on the phone but never even looked at us when we were standing there. When she finally got off the phone she just kept her head down and did not greet our party. Finally a young man came over and asked if we have been helped then took us to a patio seat. Sat outside for 15mins with no service. So we got up and left and walked past the the girl back on the phone with her head down leaning on the front desk. Horrible customer service that day.
The restaurant was virtually empty when we arrived at 10 pm. It took 45 minutes to get 4 desserts, 1 order of sliders, and 1 order of tacos. The hot food came out cold. The ice cream for the brownie was melted. You were “out of whipped cream” for the Oreos. And the sliders came with onions and tomatoes when they were ordered without. We weren’t able to get any of this corrected because the waitress didn’t come back to the table after the food was delivered. Husband had to go up to the bar on his own and to get the check. Waitress came up to my husband and asked if he wanted wait to talk to a manager - he said he didn’t want to wait any longer. If you have any honor - that bill will not be run through on our credit card.
Extremely disappointing end to an otherwise fun trip to STL.
It took 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge we were at our table. Our salads were not brought out u til we asked for them. It then took over an hour to get our food. When the food arrived, two of the side dishes were not there. One of them never arrived. The shrimp alfredo pasta was gummy and old, as if it had been sitting for a long time. The ribs had no dry rub on them. The server and manager were very apologetic and tried to make it right.
We waited 55 minutes for our food. The food was just mediocre. We walked up with no reservation and they said it was an hour wait if you did not have a reservation. So We went online and made a reservation and got seated within 10 minutes. Strangest thing!
We went for happy hour-- great staff and atmosphere.
The Father's Day buffet was tasty, plentiful, and well presented. It was not crowded, and the atmosphere was perfect for our sports loving Dad.
Waitress was horrible waited forever for something to drink chicken tasted bad.
Great ambiance and definitely fun. We were there for the Father's Day brunch and a lot of our food was luke warm at best. The taste of the food was great but keeping it warm would've been appreciated at $40 per person. The museum, however, was top notch. We loved it and there was a beyond impressive display of Cardinal history. We will visit again.
The Father’s Day brunch offered a wonderful variety of delicious food. The layout of the buffet tables was well designed to avoid lines or congestion. Our waitress was efficient & friendly. And we all thoroughly enjoyed the Cardinal Hall of Fame. Great idea & an excellent value to offer that for each person.
Everything, including the view, was awesome! Looking forward to coming back.
I brought my family to Cardinals Nation for the Father's Day brunch. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The food was very good. I was a little disappointed in the prime rib I received. Way to much sage and the piece I was given was the end and it tasted burnt and hard. I should have requested a different piece I assume. Everything else was very good and the services was good as busy as it was. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Also very informative on all there was to do around Ball Park Village.
I love it!!! Father’s Day brunch was amazing. Food was awesome
We had a great time. We arrived twenty minutes early and were immediately seated. Our waitress was great and kept engaging us. The pork nachos were more than a meal for two. My husband said the beer was cold. I really liked the margaritas.
Went for lunch before an evening ball game. Large open eating area with few tables occupied so hardly any noise. Although there were not many other people there, our waitress was still quite slow in most phases of the lunch. Food, grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup and a Cobb salad, was good.
Our server Matt was Great! The hostess were not very friendly.
Food was good but we were disappointed in the ‘kids night.’ We chose this restaurant specifically for the family night aspect. The two games were just sitting out with no one to tell you what to do and no prizes as advertised.
Service was very slow , even at 1:30pm. Didn’t have order correctly made, just to save time I didn’t sent it back. Only got my drink refilled after I was done and ready to go. The overall food wasn’t worth the $90 it cost for five people.
Our team had a wonderful meal at Cardinals Nation; the noise level was fine and we were able to hold conversations without disruption, however, it was early lunch and there weren't many parties around. All around a very enjoyable venue. Out waitress was pretty great, too! Thank you.
I knew it was going to be a buffet, but the “hot” food was cold. Who likes cold egg sandwiches?
The pancakes were the frozen variety the cinnamon rolls were stale. The only somewhat decent item was the bacon.
Don’t get me started about our waitress. She served me coffee with something floating in it. No way I was gonna ask for anything else
Awesome day for the Home Opener..great food. Our server was really nice and great...
Sierra is the best waitress we have ever had, the food was awesome and we will make sure to make this an annual event
Once again the Y98 breakfast was outstanding!! The food was excellent and our server Jake did an outstanding job. The atmosphere was perfect for a Cards home opener and we had the best time ever!!
Had a great time food was awesome service was good
Food was really good. The bathrooms are awesome looking. And we had a brand new waitress but she was very nice and did a good job.
Out server was not very attentive and it wasn’t crowded, so that was a bit concerning, however, everything else was fantastic!! The happy hour specials were a deal! The food was well presented and delicious! We will certainly dine here again!
Poor service for overpriced bar food.
Wd were pleasantly surprised at the qualitg and taste if the food. We happened to be there 2 hours before the Blues game so there were food and drink soecials.
The Greeting Staff was unfamiliar with the loyalty program. They went as far to say that was for the museum not Cardinal Nation. I then asked another employee about it who told me to ask my waitress, which I did. Even she was unfamiliar with the program. Luckily I had my printed verification of the approved membership with me. Gave it to my waitress and even she had to go somewhere to get the answers I needed. She came back and confirmed it and explained how it worked. I was so excited to be there. Loved the DJ. The Host, Robert was the Bomb. I enjoyed the day. I have reservations for the breakfast April 4th and looking forward to it. Cardinals are my thing and the Nation is an awesome way to celebrate them. Thank you
Fun afteroon watching Cardinals Spring Training. Good food, great service from Jake and we had fun with Trivia Games and giveaways.
Amazingly delicious food, friendly and helpful staff with the best view in the Lou!
We enjoyed each and every moment and will be back!
We had a group of 10, they were very accommodating for the group. Ambiance is great as well. The food and mixed drinks were below average, not expecting anything 5 star at a casual baseball themed restaurant but wanted good food.... wasn’t the case as all the food was below average.
Great atmosphere for Cardinal fans and best value for food prices!
Terrible service and they weren’t even busy. Our waiter didn’t really check on us, I needed water refilled and after 20 minutes of him being gone I gave up on needing any since the next time he came was with the check. We got out of there as quick as we could, which was hard since he was gone most of the time. Didn’t stop to ask how the food tasted, if there was anything he could get us. Just all around terrible service.
Food was fantastic. Service was great. Not that I’d expect to have great wine at a sports bar but that’s the worst wine I’ve ever experienced in my entire life.
Service was excellent, food was mediocre-arrived lukewarm
Enjoyed the Valentines Day dinner which included 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, a shared dessert and bottle of house wine. We arrived early for our reservation but were seated right away and immediately greeted by our server. Our food - chicken for my wife, salmon for me - was very tasty and presented attractively. Our server was attentive without hovering.
We think they hit it out if the park for the overall experience.
Our Valentines Day meals were fabulous. Many choices, with us and another couple dining that night, we all enjoyed our appetizers/salads and entrees. Our Cabernet Sauvignon was very good. The only complaint is that the price has gone from a super value to worth about what we paid for it this year, which was $90 per couple. But the service, ambiance and noise levels were all great, and made for an enjoyable Valentines day.
Everything was great for a Valentine lunch until the hostess seated a group of 6 by my husband and me. It then became a very noisey experience but overall everything else was great. Waiter was exceptional. Always enjoy Cardinal Nation.
My boyfriend and I attended the Valentine’s Brunch and it was great. The food was amazing and the servers Maddie and Jake were very helpful and the best we could ask for. We look forward to coming back!
