The service sucked. Chose this restaurant for a birthday celebration and even after indicating so it wasn't even acknowledged.
Server was buried, tried to serve us the salad course 2X. Staff seemed focused only on the Chinese New Years clientele.
At this price point there is just no excuse. We will go elsewhere in the future.
An amazing atmosphere, food was delicious, and service was superb. I will visit every time I come to Vegas.
A few of us went out to dinner after our conference and we were looking forward to authentic Italian food. It's like they were trying for high-end Italian and just fell short. Salads with too much dressing,
We were there for Valentine’s Day and the food was amazing! Just as good as their NYC location. The service on the other hand was decent at best. Not that the staff wasn’t nice, just very inattentive and overworked. This is more on the restaurant than the staff. Also, I felt very pressured by the staff to order 3 courses, but I am currently in the process of a weight loss transformation and currently only eat moderate portions. When this info was presented to the staff they seemed agitated. Other than that we had a great meal and experience.
We were there celebrating my 60 th Birthday , to see Bruno Mars. I read so many reviews about the food being delicious so I chose your restaurant and was delighted with our table, servers , food. It was a hit!
Thank you so much for a great night!
Excellent food and service, as always. We especially like the veal parmesan and pasta vongole
Solid. Our captain hustled the food out to make sure we had ample time to get to the Las Vegas Knights game. The lobster ravioli and porterhouse were the star dishes at our table. We tried a handful of appetizers and the clams were the favorite. The service was great, the staff was genuine and laid back, often times at a dining venue at Aria, Bellagio, or Wynn things can be stuffy and pretentious - I thought the crew at Carbone was friendly and attentive.
Wait for table to long
