Having just returned from a one-month stay in Italy, the food at Carbone was just as good, if not better than many of the places we stayed.
Our table shared the Veal Marsala, the Rigatoni alla Vodka, Veal Parmigiana and Chicken Cacciatore. Every single dish was to-die for. The chicken was so moist and tender and flavorful. The rigatoni was handmade and perfectly cooked, with a tangy, delicious sauce. The veal parmigiana came with the bone (detached) and begged to be picked up and eaten—the whole dish was perfection. The veal Marsala also came with the bone and was unlike any Marsala that I’ve ever tried. It was simply amazing.
Prices are quite expensive, but the food (and service) is so good that it’s well worth it.
Richard, our captain, was outstanding!
We ate at the Blueribbon @ the Cosmopolitan 11/6, Carbone @ Aria 11/7 and Rivea @ MGM Delano. At all 3 restaurants at all 3 restaurants dinner was about $85 per person. At Carbone we split a salad, pasta and veal. It was very good. The wine selections were disappointing at $25-28 per glass. Always check your bill - I had to instruct our waiter at Carbone to revise our bill as the Visa charge was registered $140 more than the itemized bill. The was little sign of remote for the error. Though I enjoyed Carbone the value was much lower than at the spectacular Rivea @ Delano.
Carbone had always been my go to when I am in Vegas. Sadly, this time was a total disappointment. We were a party of 6 celebrating a big birthday and our reservation was made months in advance. Even though the restaurant was completely empty because we arrived at 5:30, they sat us in their noisy bar instead of their beautiful dining room. They said that the main restaurant was totally booked and I needed to request that room when making the reservation. That is absolutely ridiculous! The manager Robert was very rude and the service was lousy. The food is delicious, but I won't be going back anytime soon.
Great atmosphere and delicious pasta dishes with ample starters.
Everything was spot on! The veal parmesan, octopus, rib eye, fish etc... Will definitely come back again
Server was very "take it or leave it" casual. Food was good, but i guess it was extremely hyped by my friends who had visited recently?
I did enjoy the experience quite a bit, but I was slightly disappointed.
Muy rica comida y nos hablaron en nuestro propio idioma ! Excelente servicio. Soy intolerante al gluten y tuvieron especial cuidado
Solomon was our waiter he was very helpful with the menu as well a great sense of Humour Food was amazing Would def recommend and eat here again
We had an amazing dinner at Carbone! The service, food, wine and ambiance were all fantastic. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Las Vegas
The place was fantastic. Service always there but never rushed. Menu suggestions were right on the money. Music soundtrack was perfect, almost didn’t want to leave. Would go back right now.
Amazing food and service!!
Fantastic dining experience from the moment you walk through the doors. The ambiance, the staff and the food!!! Of course some of my favorites are the ceasar salad made table side with the most irresistible croutons you have ever had and Veal Parmesan !! You owe it to yourself to experience Carbone!!..
Extremely good, but ridiculously expensive. Peter $110 for the Dover sole. Great service
Always an incredible experience every time. Dion is fabulous and makes our dining experience always special. Will be returning soon!
Fantastic experience. Every dish was amazing (prosciutto & mozzarella, gemelli pasta, spicy rigatoni vodka, and veal Parm). Drinks were great as well. Second time I’ve been here.
Food very rich and very expensive.
Celebrating our 5 year anniversary
It was amazing as usuL
My favorite restaurant. Never disappoints.
Amazing as always!
The finest dining my husband and I have ever experienced. Everything we ate was the absolute best- starting from the tableside made Caesar salad with the most delicious croutons. Next we shared veal parmigiana and spicy rigatoni vodka- exquisite. For dessert we had bananas foster again made tableside. The service matched the food. The noise level was a bit loud but nothing could ruin a perfect evening. Although the prices may seem high, you are getting terrific value for money.
Well lets talk about our forth visit to this restaurant these past two years. Service was slow with no cheese delivered, no bread and no lemon asked with the water. Every couple or group should be paid attention to. The food is excellent but that is only half of the equation.
This is possibly the best Italian restaurant in Las Vegas. Perfectly prepared authentic home-cooked style cuisine. Inviting old-school ambiance featuring comfortable, intimate high backed leather booths, beautiful lighting. Nice music playing in the background - Frank Sinatra etc. Very friendly, attentive wait staff who are knowledgeable and happy to describe any menu item in detail. We started off with perfectly executed classic martinis and an array of breads & complimentary antipasti veggies. We had the chopped salad (fantastic dressing!), lobster ravioli (house made, to die for), and the AMAZING veal parm. Just perfection! This was our 2nd time there and we definitely will be back... that's amore!
Amazing as always
We had a reservation but still had to wait about an hour for our table. That is enough to make me look for other options.
Was great except we were seated 45 mins after our reso...
We are locals and this is our favorite restaurant in Las Vegas, the food is amazing , the service is outstanding & we can’t wait to come back soon!!
Our server Bonnie made our dining experience wonderful. She was professional and engaging, explaining the menu, ensuring our wine choices were to our liking and giving the right amount of attention. The food was delicious, filling and creative. The ambience was nice, some noise but not uncomfortable. I’d definitely return.
Everything you could want. Best Veal Parm in the USA. But spaghetti pomodoro was my favorite. Lemon cheesecake also stellar. And the service— feels like he knows what you want before you ask. Was a little loud, but loved it.
Great dinner and service at Carbone. The food was awesome and we would recommend.
Great service - asked to space out meal, which was followed nicely! Caesar salad one of my favorites! Love the extra freebies. Pricey but worth a splurge.
The service , ambiance and quality of the food was outstanding. Just magnificent evening.
Best dining experience of my entire life. Bonnie you are the GOAT.
The main restaurant area is probably fine but the seating near the bar is no good. Loud, not romantic and very busy. Food and wine are grossly overpriced. I get that it’s Vegas but this place is over the top when it comes to their pricing. Food was ok but you can definitely find better in the area.
Chicken was to die for!!! And the scampi appetizer also terrific. Hubby got pork chop and liked, but din not love it. Yum overall
Waited over an hour at my table and no one even bothered looking in my direction to take my order. I’ve been here many times and never once has service this poor.
The lobster cocktail really good as well as the spicy rigatoni, but the ministrone soup only tasted like hot water, we retrned to the chef as well as the spagetti vongole, only tasted like pasta with butter, really bad, the bananas foster, very bad, the didn’t ask about allergys and one of our friends was alergic to almonds... we could have enden in the hospital, disgusting
Like dining in Italy!
