   I hosted a client lunch for for six. When the food came out, the server had no idea who had ordered what and kept offering one of my guests everyone else's lunch. Also, that guest's meal wasn't placed at all so she ended up just ordering a bowl of soup which came out five minutes after everyone else's food was served. I expect more from a Cameron Mitchell restaurant.

   Great experience. Our waiter, Ryan, was fabulous! Even though the restaurant was very busy, the noise level was not too bad!

   Great experience again. One of my stops every time I come to Columbus and the food and service is always excellent. Our server Colleen was very helpful and did a fantastic job!

   Cap City Diner always delivers top quality food! I rated the ambience lower than usual because of the high noise level which you asked about later.

   We come here pretty often, it is my wife’s favorite restaurant. This visit however left much to be desired. When we were seated we waited 10-15 min before we were finally greeted by our waiter. He was absent to say the least during our whole visit to the point where we had to ask for help from nearby waiters/waitresses. The only positive interaction we received was from Annie, (not sure if she was a manager or not) who checked in on us before we left. The food however was amazing as always.

   Really felt rushed last night. We ordered an appetizer and our main meal came before the appetizer. She was very nice about it and we chose not to take the appetizer and she did offer us a free dessert. Then before I left, I went to the restroom and both paper towel dispensers for empty.

    We not only had many delicious foods to experience but can make substitute for the side dishes . We had excellent service and a great restaurant to experience.
