My partner and I enjoyed one of the nicest restaurant meals we have ever had. The purpose of our visit to Canoe was to celebrate my partner's birthday. Upon our arrival, we were seated at a table with a great view of the Toronto harbor with a very nice Canoe greeting card on our table wishing my partner Happy Birthday, We intentionally ordered different appetizers, entrees and desserts as we both greatly enjoy food, so we both could share as much different food as possible. And we were well rewarded with the dishes we had. Our head waiter was Radek, who provided first rate service, but we were also extremely well served by other staff. We had such a wonderful time at Canoe that we were there for 3 hours - never been at a restaurant so long. When we left the restaurant, we took the Happy Birthday card as a reminder of what a most wonderful evening we had had at Canoe! Thanks Canoe and Your Staff Rod MacDonald and Saundra Arnold

Went here for summerlicious dinner. Nothing special about the food. Not worth $75. I had way better food in a casual vietnamese/Thai restaurants in the city.

The service at Canoe was absolutely disappointing—slow, inattentive, and unprofessional throughout the evening. The food itself was good, but nothing exceptional. Unfortunately, the dessert missed the mark entirely. Given the hype and pricing, I expected a far better overall experience.

Fantastic! From the views to the excellent food and service. Will definitely return and explore more of the menu. The summerlicious was incredible value for the experience. Make sure you go because rumour has it, they won’t be doing summer or winterlicous again!

Disappointed on the food, one of the dessert ice cream has weird taste…duck not good, later we change to beef rib much better. Some dish sauce tastes sour or not pleasant. Scallops is good.
