    Food was good, everything else was bad. They tried to have a rich ambience but it came off poorly. Terrible service

    This was by far the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. From the breathtaking views, peaceful atmosphere, absolutely kind servers who do not rush you to go, to the carefully arranged plating and beautiful unique flavors in every bite. The chef really has a beautiful palette for knowing about food combinations because every bite was magic and balanced each other so well, and kept getting better. Everyone at my table was blown away. This was truly an amazing experience and I highly highly recommend you to eat here, especially for a sunset dinner. Absolutely incredible. 10/10 experience and food.

    Service was slow and did not recognize us for our anniversary despite notifying in advance. Scallops were very good. Short ribs were fatty.

    Had a post - proposal celebration dinner and this place did not disappoint! Vai made sure we were taken care of in the best way possible. Short rib wagyu, A5 steak wagyu(special) and the Ahi crudo were to die for! Strongly recommend this place for any celebrations/nights out! Mahalo Vai and cane & canoe for an unforgettable experience.

    Very nice ambiance and very clean. Food was excellent. Me and my wife ate at sunset around 7pm. It was perfect. Highly recommend.

    After a twelve-hour travel day, my partner and I booked a last-minute dinner reservation at Cane & Canoe and had the most incredible dining experience. The service, food, and drinks were fantastic - every dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Our server, Paulo, was knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations. The atmosphere is breathtaking, with stunning sunset views of the ocean and property. Following our initial experience, we returned multiple nights to their bar, The Hideaway, where Rob always greeted us by name and provided impeccable service. We also had the pleasure of meeting the thoughtful manager, Imelda, who went above and beyond to ensure every experience was memorable. We cannot thank the entire team enough for their warm hospitality!

    Wow, such a fabulous experience. Service was impeccable, Paolo was so kind, took our photo, provided a purse hook, and provided a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. The food was delicious. It is beautiful with the view of the sunset over the water but isn't directly on the water. Loved the live music! Would highly recommend. Also for those saying it's really expensive. It was cheaper than Mamas and same as honu/mala cost wise so felt it was appropriate. Really above and beyond!

    We arrived and had a reservation in which were listed all the allergies. However, there were limited options available to us as a family for dining - very disappointing as we were looking for a stellar dining experience. Service was extremely slow and we had to ask for several items numerous times before receiving them. The food we were able to get was bland and tasteless. I did not enjoy the market fish at all. Ambiance and location was incredible.
