Cambio de Tercio is the signature Restaurant of Cambio De Tercio Restaurant Group, located in the heart of Chelsea- South Kensington. It was open in June, 1995 and is a pioneer in offering modern and innovative Spanish cuisine in London.

We also offer traditional Spanish tapas, but it is our Chef Alberto Criado’s creative dishes, what defines us and has given us our name.

Our award winning “wine list” contains the largest and more diverse selection of Spanish wines anywhere in London.

Within our renovated premises, you can now have dinner at our Chef’s table situated in our kitchen or enjoy one of our Spanish style Gin & Tonic at our “C.Tonic” Bar, with a large 80+ premium gin’s menu.

The Restaurant has gained many accolades during the years including the much coveted “ PREMIO ALIMENTOS DE ESPANA 2003- awarded by the Spanish Minister of Agriculture, Fishing and Food as “The Best Spanish Restaurant in any country outside Spain, 2003”

This is one of my favourite restaurants, and I've written about it many times. Yesterday, the food, the wine and the service were all great. All that remains for me to say is that we'll be going back very soon!

I went to this restaurant to catch up with friends, and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. The vibe was warm and welcoming—perfect for a relaxed evening out. The food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the red mullet, prawn dish, and the potatoes—so, so good. Getting there was a bit tricky due to unexpected transport issues, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and helped move my reservation twice without any hassle. Really appreciated their kindness and flexibility. Would definitely go back!

Had a lovely mothers day dinner. Service was lovely, we were a little difficult by ordering tapas and mains at different times, but the food came in good time. The dish that really blew us away was the salmon nigiri - a must try dish!! The chorizo hot dog was a bit of fun and very tasty. I wouldnt recommend the courgette flowers unless youre prepared for a very fishy mouthful. The mains were very generous portions, we left happy and suitably stuffed. The restaurant is also just beautiful and feels very intimate given the way its laid out and the wine list was very impressive. Thank you for making our mothers day so special!
