   We have been coming to Calo's for years and cannot keep track of how many friends we have brought there for dinner. From young to old, from vegetarians to those on special diets, they all have had great things to say about the place. What we especially like is the menu,as it has something for everyone Parking is a delight right across the street and free, too! Drinks are great and every waiter has been on his or her game. We love Calo's and you will, too.

   Too cold inside. I actually had to switch spots with other members from our table. I think we were under a vent.

   The best value for the dollar of any Italian restaurant we have found in North Chicago. It has been a fail-proof place to take out of town guests. All of them love it, and some are requesting we come back again the next time they are in town.

   Exceptional food and great service. Three of us had pasta dishes and one had fish (whitefish a bit over-salted, but good). Martinis were delicious and bread outstanding. Loved it!
