   Made a last minute choice to come for the Mothers Day buffet special. It was AMAZING. The food was delicious. So tasty, so many different choices and each was a taste of pure joy. It was heavenly. Glad I went with a friend without kids, it was nice to relax and enjoy without kids. I hope they continue the event next year so I can make this a tradition ❤️

   Lovely place to eat with a great ambience. My food wasn’t anything special (I got the penne), but my boyfriend got the day’s special, which was halibut, and it was beyond amazing, we both wish it was permanently on the menu.

   We have typically had a great experience at Cafe Molisse. However I made the reservation and specified that it was for our anniversary. Not only did they not acknowledge or do anything for it but they sat us upstairs in a big open room with what I’m assuming was a work conference dinner. There were 2 tables with 30+ guest who were all chatting very loudly and the acoustics upstairs made it feel even louder. There were also many guests who were set to dine right next to us on both sides when there were plenty of tables they could have placed these guests. It made it hard to enjoy each others company and celebrate an important day for us. Disappointed for sure.

   I love Caffé molise and I recommend it to EVERYONE, but this past weekend I came with a larger group and I felt that the treatment was not the same. We had a reservation that we booked weeks in advance, but it felt like we were being rushed. They took away our plates before we were finished, and they did not even offer us a desert menu before throwing a receipt in our face and pushing us out the door. I still recommend Caffé Molise to anyone wanting a delicious intimate meal, but if you’re hoping to go with a group of 10+ people it wouldn’t be my first pick.

   Overall a pleasant experience and inviting atmosphere. Lots of stairs which could be an issue for those who struggle with going up or down stairs. The scallops were cooked perfectly. Pasta was fantastic. Drinks were typical of Utah.....very weak! We shared a dessert and it was the poorest part of the meal. Tiramisu is usually very light and fluffy but this one was very heavy.

    The food was decent. A little bland, and overpriced for the quality. Case in point for the price you'd think they'd bring you whipped butter with your bread vs. half frozen.
