   The menu is very limited, the food was decent+, it’s very loud inside which made it hard to hear conversation.

   We were outside, so it was quieter. We always enjoy Trio. Great for omnivores, vegetarian and gluten free diners.

   Great dinner on the patio, as usual. (Wish I could remember our server's name, who was excellent.) We got flatbread, salads, and french fries--all were excellent.

   This was our second visit, and again we sat on their patio surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees in bloom! The food was delicious and the drinks so enjoyable. Our server was attentive and very friendly. One of our neighborhood spots we so enjoy when visiting SLC.

   nice neighborhood gem; quality of food is excellent though menu is a little skinny; despite that there remains adequate selection for nearly everyone - meat eaters, pasta eaters or vegetarians; room can ca get a little noisy but we were there before the crowds so were able to carry on a good conversation; prices reasonable for the quality of care; service is excellent - we were seated and served timely and server was attentive without hovering; it's been awhile since we were last there but looking forward to the next time

   We’ve been fans of Cafe Trio for many years. It’s been a while since we’ve visited. We’re so glad we decided to go in. We had a lovely dinner and after this is one of the unique Utah restaurants we would recommend to visitors.

   Cindy is the most incredible manager. She makes sure all guests are having a perfect experience. When my husband had his stroke, she treated him with such dignity and went above and beyond. We alway had a table that was not in an area with trip hazards and would open the fire exit ,so that he would not have to walk to far. The food and ambiance are wonderful. Its my favorite place to have brunch.
