   Good food and good service. Portion size is bordering on too big but that's not a complaint. Could do with a bit of an update. Good atmosphere and I would recommend for a chilled meal.

   The restaurant is in a very good position. Having eaten at Montpeliano I was confident it would be good. The food was not disappointing, but the lunch was spoiled by the loud music blaring out of the speakers which were very close to where we were sitting. We had to ask that the volume be turned down - three times. Also, the large flat screen TV standing on the bar did nothing to promote an atmosphere of intimate Italian dining. Sadly would not recommend unless TV/Music were removed.

   Return visit here and meal and service was yet again perfect for quick meal with friends. Just two small things disappointed..a side salad cost £3 odd. It looked to us like a bag of lettuce had just been upended into a dish. Not a tomato or cucumber in sight! and more garlic required on the garlic bread although we had eaten most of it before we noticed. I would still come back as its a nice place.

   What a great find! The food at Cafe Montpeliano is wonderful, unpretentious Italian, beautifully cooked. Prices for the area are remarkable. Didn't like the TV, nor the music coming from corner speakers, but other than that it was spot on. I would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone wanting a great lunch in a buzzy atmosphere.

   Went to Cafe Montpeliano before Albert Hall concert.Staff and service was first rate with tables changed around to get away from door/cold windeven though it was very busy. A lovely meal and a venue I certainly would not hesitate to recommend. (Ps Didnt use the loo).

   Had the most delicious wild mushroom ravioli with creamy sauce. Great atmosphere and packed on Saturday for lunch. Lovely place, would recommend it to everyone for a girly lunch....

   Very tasty authentic Italian food and service was good. Only small complaint would be that the card payment machines ask for a tip when service is already included on the bill which some people could easily miss.

    Great food and service at Vinum. Very stylish with white linen table cloths etc but without the pretence of some places.
