You can count on a delicious meal and top notch service. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here. Prefix menu was a great option.

We were a party of four and decided their Summer Special Prix Fixe. Two selected the Chicken Piccata, one the Red Trout Almondine and the other one the Roasted Tri-Tip with Marchand de Vin Sauce. — Chicken Piccata: Fantastic. — Red Trout: Delicious. — Tri-Tip: Tough, Chewy and Over Cooked. Only had a few bites and could not eat the rest. The restaurant was very warm to hot. It’s not a good dining experience when sweat is rolling down your face and back. We mentioned to our server that it was very warm and one person in our party said; “No, it’s hot!” We thought our server would say something to the manager, but no! However when the server delivered our salads, he said; “You are right, it is warm in here, but if you think it’s warm here, you should go on the patio because it’s hot and when you come back in the dining room, you think it’s cool.” The temperature of a dining room is definitely one of the factors when describing in the overall ambiance of a restaurant.

We were a party of four for lunch. Meals served were the salmon/cucumber salad, an omelet; and a frittata. Food was okay. They used to have outstanding rolls. Today, they were so hard I literally couldn’t butter them. Despite some drawbacks, we had a great time. I hope the air conditioning gets better….it was quite warm in the coolest place in the restaurant.

the soup was extremely delicious as are the short ribs - we did find the meal to be a bit salty for us for still delicious. loved the clams and fresh bread! we came around 8:15pm on a saturday during off season so it was quiet, but it's a lovely place and we would recommend trying.

Love this French restaurant. Escargot was delicious, we had the liver. Very good. French onion soup was great. And generous pours on cocktails!

The main dining area is NOT AIR CONDITIONED and it was extremely uncomfortable and detracted greatly from the overall dining experience. When making reservations there is no warning that you will be sitting in an enclosed outdoor space with no climate control ...they do have a couple of ceiling fans and misters outside of the building but they do not impact the environment. We felt a blast of heat when we walked into the dining area and it went downhill from there. This matters when the temperatures are in the triple digits. The service was reasonbably attentive and the food was average at best.
