Ca' Dario Ristorante
Monday - Sunday: 11:30am - 4:00pm
Sunday - Thursday: 4:00pm - 9:30pm; Friday & Saturday: 4:00pm - 10:00pm
I have dined here for years and truely my favorite restaurant!
Poor quality bread, olive oil. Two dishes very good, two so so.
Food was amazing as always!!! Love the raviolis and the fact that they make carbonara (off the menu) everytime.
Always a favorite place in SB. New restaurants come and go but caDario is ALWAYS good and satisfying.
Best pasta in town!!!
We had a reservation for 5 people, but we put at a table for 4. The food was very good, but pricey.
Really nice, waiters were available, responsive and gave good suggestions. Food tasted great. Only complaint was the table we had was half the width than other tables and we could barely fit two plates and a cup.
Once again a great meal and wonderful experience. Tried the gnocchi, it was fantastic.
Wonderful food & service. An all time favorite! Great for special occasion lunches & dinners or just for a good meal!
Just visiting Santa Barbara and stumbled upon this fantastic restaurant. The pasta puttanesca was incredible as were the raviolis . Small and intimate atmosphere. The food was seriously awesome.
Great food and service!
Need to improve entres. Too much sauce that masks the true tastes of the food.
great ambiance and awesome service. would totally recommend
There was a mix-up with one of our orders and quite a wait to have it rectified, but the server handled it beautifully, and everything was delicious. This is one of our favorite restaurants. It’s always wonderful food and great service.
The restaurant was authentic and delicious and the service was outstanding the drinks were also quite nice
We were visiting Santa Barbara for a long weekend and wanted a nice meal out. The food was very good - we had the Quail, the Branzino, and the OssoBuco - all dishes were excellent. The restaurant, however, was very noisy. Every table was full and they are very close together. We couldn't hear eachother until the very noisy table right next to us left about a third of the way through the meal.
Noisey, very limited menu. Not bad for tourists I guess. Will not be returning.
Though this restaurant seems popular, it must be me. I've been there several times. I don't think the food is that good, the service is often matter-of-fact and the space between tables is tiny so private conversation is difficult. Not sure I'll return.
This is an excellent Italian restaurant. The wait staff is friendly and exceedingly competent. Despite it being a very crowded and busy Saturday night, our waitress was attentive, friendly, and efficient. We had the tagliatelle verde ala bolagnese and it was outstanding; maybe the best I’ve had and I usually try the bolagnese sauce at each new ItalIan restaurant that I patronize. They have a very nice wine selection as well as an inviting ambience. Next time we visit Santa Barbara, we will return for more outstanding Italian food.
Ca’Dario was great! The staff made wonderful wine and food suggestions for us. The Burrata and Ravioli were favorites.
Great food, great service, one of my favorite restaurants.
The food and service was excellent and the wine selection was very good. A+
We were attending a concert and let our server know that our time was limited. She was efficient, friendly and the food was fabulous!!
Extensive menu, well crafted dishes, excellent service
We went on a Monday evening at 5:00 because it gets busy and loud Friday and Saturday.
I chose the last table on the far left as you walk in, on the window. The hostess asked if I had been there before. I said I hadn't and she asked if I had read a review that said this table was a favorite. Bread and oil arrived quickly. We ordered a salad which they split for the two of us without even asking. Nice touch!
The rest of the meal was quite good.
There were 4 of us and each ordered something different ; everything was outstanding as usual.
Authentic Italian cuisine with excellent service and elegant atmosphere.
This place has the weirdest, rudest staff ever
Our waiter was so crazy that I wasn’t even feeling safe at that place , he broke his pen in his hands behind my head , so I’m telling you that crazy
Third visit to this fabulous restaurant. We actually erred and booked on the wrong day, but they were able to work us in....Food and service were outstanding.
I have never been disappointed with this restaurant. The food is delicious and I have tried several different dishes. The Wait staff is polite and attentive. Parking is directly across the street. I would definitely recommend Ca Dario to my friends
First time I had lunch at Ca’Dario and my eggplant panini was so delicious. Service was very good and at the same time left my friend and I to have have a long lingering lunch. Will try again for a dinner soon.
This is the place to eat if you're looking for a simple, classic and delicious Italian meal with an old-world, local-gem kind of feel. The service was snappy, friendly, and never faltered throughout our meal. Our server made wonderful recommendations and was happy to make accommodations, allowing us to order a dinner entree from the lunch options. The food and desserts were delicious, the ambiance cozy, quiet and comfortable. We can't wait to go back!
The pasta was so amazing! I had the olive one. My boyfriend loved the salmon. We thought the artichoke appetizer was ok. I will definitely go back again.
As always, Ca’Dario was outstanding. There is no question - you must go. Authentic and delicious - quite possibly the best food in all of Santa Barbara.
It was a nice friendly atmosphere for me and my two daughters. The food was wonderful! I truly enjoyed to portion size of the seafood pasta. I would certainly go again on my next trip out.
This is my "go-to" restaurant whenever I'm in Santa Barbara. Its a very popular place so be certain to make reservations. The food is consistently amazing and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Sitting in the back room is a little more quiet but the front seating by the windows is also great. A must try for those that enjoy great food and wine!
Restaurant was full by 6 p.m. on a Saturday night.. so busy and popular as it has been in business a long time. The menu is extensive and our food was excellent. It is pretty noisy and the tables are close together which is the only downside. So close to State Street, easy access to several theaters and shops. Service was excellent!!
My Favorite, Always 100%! Great food, drinks, bread and the best service always! Enjoyed the unusual and very delicious Canoli for dessert!
Cute small place. Very good service. Food was delicious - very rich flavors.
great food and great service everyone very knowledgable
The food is good. The service was fair. The noise level was loud. It was difficult to carry on a conversation. We may try the Goleta location next time.
