This is my favorite restaurant. Yes it is expensive but the food is incredible and worth every cent. My only issue this trip was the seating area was really cold. I was not able to take off my jacket but still loved lunch.

We love Ca Bianca, but twice we've had a server who isn't very pleasant. She doesn't smile, does not anticipate our needs, makes strange comments/jokes? Does she think she's funny? I wish I knew her name so we could request not to have her in the future. Otherwise, we love it there.

Fantastic! Truly a great experience. The bread was soft and the balsamic with it was perfect! The soup we had was a cream of spinach, very creamy and flavorful. The parmigiana was to die for, the sauce was perfect. We didn’t get dessert (we had too much bread lol) but their panna cotta sounded delicious. My husband had a manhattan cocktail and he said it was just right. The ambience was so romantic and their outdoor seating has heaters and beautiful landscaping. Thank you so much, great service! Must try!

My girlfriend and I quickly became regulars after trying their Carbonara. This last visit I had the Bolognese pasta and it was rich in flavor. We split a Caesar Salad and it is always a 10/10. Ambiance is always great whether it’s inside or outside. Our waiter/ the service did not disappoint and were very attentive of our needs. Till next time !!

Just does not seem like management is paying attention to running the restaurant. Some food was fairly tasty and some was just fair. Nothing was stellar. The polenta appetizer for example had a decent flavor but it just seemed warmed over and not a very nice presentation. Same with the eggplant. They seemed understaffed also. Could be a real nice place in what looks like a converted vintage house but my guess it will likely take new ownership to make that happen.

Made reservations for 2, letting them know it was our anniversary. Started receiving texts 40 minutes prior to our scheduled time telling me my table was ready…when we arrived we waited at the door for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. They then sat us at a 4 top in basically an aisle way, with a door leading to the back dinning room with heavy traffic. I did notice 2 other 2 tops unoccupied in much better locations, but thought the were maybe planned for something else, so I thought maybe best to sit where we were. They brought us bread first, but then we sat for another 20 minutes before the waiter even approached our table. The food and drinks were mediocre at best, and our overall experience was very disappointing. Once we finished, I went to the restroom to wash my hands, and at this point wasn’t surprised to find it was filthy… paper towels and tissue soaked with water all over the ground. Not what I expected for a “fine” dining establishment. We won’t be back.

Besides the food and the ambience at Ca Bianca, I love the heaters! They are warm enough to eat on the porch in cold weather. Most restaurants cannot compete with that!

I have eaten at Ca'Bianca many times, and have written a very complimentary review. My dinner on Thursday night was very disappointing. #1, waiting. We waited a long time for water and bread, then for our drinks order, then for our salad and appetizers. After finally ordering things, the wait for the food wasn't too bad. #2, our waiter spoke with such heavily accented English that it was impossible to understand most of what he said. Italian menus are challenging enough when the speaker is clearly understood; the description of dishes was largely unintelligible from this waiter. #3, the wine I ordered with dinner did not come, I had to ask for it again. #4, the pasta bolognese I had was simply not good. I left 2/3 of it on the plate and definitely did not want to take it home. I have had superb dinners at Ca'Bianca where everything--food, service, atmosphere--was fabulous. And of course fabulous is expensive, and I didn't mind paying top dollar for those wonderful dinners. On Thursday night, I should have gotten a discount of about 80% based on the overall dining experience. It was all very disappointing. Your wonderful reputation is not going to last much longer if this is the new normal.

Wonderful food, impeccable service, professional and friendly wait staff. Dinner is always romantic and a perfect restaurant to celebrate special occasions. Lunch is enjoyable sitting outside among a beautiful garden. One of our favorites for many years. The carbonara is fantastic and well worth every delicious calorie.

This our special occasion lunch restaurant. We always try to get a table in the front yard area where there is shade and the surroundings are peaceful and lovely. Salads are outstanding. I had the penne with seafood; it was delicious....and they have a parking lot!

We had a very disappointing dinner at Ca Bianca last night. Our appetizer, caprese salad, was bland and the tomatoes were unripe. The server was totally unfriendly and at times rude. He barely spoke to us, delivered the entrees at different times so that my son was eating his dinner 10 minutes before us! The entrees were just okay..the carbonara was bland and contained too much sauce. I would not recommend this restaurant except for the ambiance.
