The Visa Dining Collection Celebratory Event  (the “Open Event”) is solely offered and organized by OpenTable, Inc.  to Visa cardholders.  A Visa card is required to participate in the Open Event. The Open Event will take place on Saturday, October 26, 2024 and Sunday, October 27, 2024, regardless of inclement weather. The Open Event will be held from 12pm-3pm local time on each day. On October 26, the Open Event will be located at Refinery Plaza in Domino Park, Brooklyn, NY. On October 27, the Open Event will be located at Flatiron Plaza in Manhattan, NY.  Menu items are available while supplies last and may not be modified. Food items are limited to 1 per person, per truck. The Open Event will be filmed for promotional purposes and participants will be asked to sign a filming release and a release waiving event organizer liability, prior to receiving menu items. OpenTable reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the Open Event at any time, at its discretion, and shall use good faith efforts to provide advance notification of any material alterations. Open Event schedule and staffing, including the chef, are subject to change. OpenTable reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant (or remove any participant), at OpenTable’s discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation for disruptive behavior, harmful conduct or failure to follow OpenTable instructions. Neither Visa, OpenTable nor the participating restaurants (nor their employees, affiliates and agents) will have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Open Event.
