Underground parking is available for a nominal fee and provides elevator access to our front door in the Caledonian Building. Metered parking on Main Street and free two hour parking on Park Avenue is always available. All street parking is free after 8 p.m.

There is a reason they run the bogo dinner entire special. It really isn't very good. The steak was extremely under seasoned. It need salt and pepper badly. The brussels and mashed potatoes were just okay. However, the redeeming item was their apple crisp. So so so good!

Anniversary + Birthday dinner and it was great. Heavy snow falling and almost the only ones in there due to snow levels. Service was more than expected!!!

My family and I (husband and 2 boys ages 15 and 6) where visiting Park City for Thanksgiving break. We love trying new places and after a quick search on google of places to eat we chose Butcher’s Chophouse. Made a reservation on Opentable and arrived to a friendly greeting, seated immediately, and staff was attentive and polite! Everything we had from appetizer to desser was wonderful. Recommend this place for anyone! Loved the atmosphere, service, food... can’t say enough! Thank you for a wonderful dinner watching the snow fall.

This was our second time to eat here. It was so good the first time we had to go back. All of our food was great but I especially love the lobster nachos! YUM! The Filet Oscar is also outstanding!

Went for the prime rib; however at 7:30pm they were out. Got a filet and a bone in rib eye. Both were cooked right and were very tasty. Our waiter was very good. Would go again.

Perfect for anniversaries! We found this gem off of a google search and we were so happy with our experience. The food is amazing! We happened to go on a night where there was a 2 for 1 deal also. Loved everything about it!

We arrived and were promptly greeted and seated by the hostess. Our server came promptly and took our drink orders. We were offered a 2 for 1 entree special which was great. We had calamari for an appetizer and the Farmer's Salad. Both were very nice. For entrees we chose the scallops and the elk. Both were prepared and presented very nicely. The elk was extremely good but the scallops were only very good! We had the pear and coconut sorbets for dessert and the pear won out over the coconut. The only negative, which is common in a lot of restaurants, was that it was too dark for us to read the menu which is printed on colored paper. It seems that restaurants think you have to have a dark room to create ambiance but it annoying to have to use your cell phone flashlight to read the menu.

Very good food and good service. I had a very flavorful filet which was excellent. The misses had a Salmon special and really enjoyed it. Park City prices for good everything has become the norm since Vail came to town. This is a good choice for meats and assorted sides included in with the selections as opposed to that other steak place where sides are extra. So it has its pluses and would be worthy of a revisit.

It was an ok dining experience. I am not sure that it would be my first choice in Park City for a future dining experience. The atmosphere was loud and it was crowded, which is expected since it is in Park City. However, the food runners were rude which ruined the entire experience. The waiter was great, but he wasn't the one delivering our food, unfortunately. My husband nearly had his plate dumped in his lap by the runner who basically tossed the plates on the table and left.

First, this is not a Shuler's or Ruth's Chris atmosphere, but a simple steakhouse. The food, the service (our waiter-Grant), the pricing, and the location were 5 star all the way. We started w/ a green bean app, then I had the bone-in rib eye ordered medium. My wife had the halibut (a large filet). Both were prepared perfectly. There is a choice of 2 sides. I had brussel sprouts and mushrooms, wife had the sprouts and asparagus. No room for desert. We're going back at the end of our vacation.

Our experience at Butcher's Chophouse for our girls getaway weekend was excellent. The service was on-point. The food was prompt, hot, and delicious. There was a special on the entrees with a purchase of an appetizer or dessert that made the evening very affordable.

We were on our last evening of a week long stay in Park City. This was within easy walking distance of our hotel, and we were pleased upon arrival to find out that entrees were “buy one, get one” with purchase of an appetizer or dessert. Our food was excellent - a well-executed filet, and the evening’s special, salmon with 3 grilled shrimp. Both were delicious. My only complaint, and I know it is not uncommon for a fine, prime steakhouse, is that the wine selection was limited and on the pricey side. There were not really any selections for those of us who may not want to put out an additional $40 or more for a bottle of wine in addition to dinner. Our booth was mended with duck tape - not the best look for a place where dinner can be quite expensive. I hope that was a temporary fix until they have it repaired, but the tape looked as though it had been there for quite a while. It took away from the ambience of fine dining as I was looking at that tape all through dinner, hence I rated them a little lower for that. My husband’s creamed spinach arrived cold - not “not hot enough,” but actually cool to the touch. Our waiter immediately had it replaced with piping hot spinach. That was a failure in the kitchen to make sure the side dish was adequately hot before serving.
Overall, a pricey but good steakhouse option in Park City. If you go during the off season, check for their buy one, get one specials.

Service was good but food was so-so. Lettuce on salads was wilted and my halibut was a little fishy tasting, which is not normal for halibut.

We waited 1 hour for our prime rib to arrive at out table. The restaurant when we ordered was not busy at all. The waitress and management acted as though it was no big deal. The so called sides were 2 bites! We felt they were intentionally doing this because of the 2 for 1. The prime rib was very delicious!

The night we went they were out of Prime rib, Baked potatoes, and asparagus. Then when I got my food I was served one of the wrong sides. If you go early you may have a better experience. The steak was very delicious but the rest of the experience was not that great.

Friends had recommend Butcher's Chophouse so we made a reservation to celebrate a Birthday AND Anniversary. It did not disappoint! Tasty, perfectly cooked food and the Vodka Lemon Thyme cocktail was delicious. We shared - and both enjoyed - the butternut squash ravioli app. Although Butchers is known for their beef, we ordered the Ahi tuna and Scallops entrees which were both delicious, tender and tasty. We finished off with carrot cake & key lime pie for dessert. all YUM! The staff were all friendly, attentive and efficient. Thanks for a great night, Butchers!

Went here for my anniversary and we loved it! The music was super cute and made the mood special instead of just a "steak dinner." The two for one special was a great surprise. My filet had great flavor. Best Mac n Cheese I've ever had too! I will say that my steak was more rare than medium rare, but still loved it!

We were here with family, including two toddlers. They were very accommodating and the food was good. We had several steak cuts, scallops, and the green bean appetizer. It was all good. Will say not as good as Ruth Chris, but not as expensive either. One really nice feature is if you order a two appetizers or desserts, that give you two entrée for the price of one. Really nice! We would return. Parking in the underground garage is limited, but convenient.
