   My wife & I dined here for our birthday and it was a great experience. Our appetizers arrived fast, our dinner was great and the drinks were strong. The most memorable thing about the night however wasn't the food (as good as it was though), it was our server Brian. Brian was AMAZING! I don't want to give too much away but if you get a chance to go here or even go back because he was never your server, go and ask for Brian. You will not be disappointed.

   Waiter John was friendly but not obtrusive. He made several suggestions, all of which turned out to be superb. The Delmonico steaks were to die for. I like mine extra rare. John recommended medium rare because of the marbling, and the steak melted in our mouths. The stuffed hash browns were a perfect mix of crispy and soft. And a shared baked Alaska was the perfect ending

   Best steak and service I ever had at butcher. This was my 5/6 time going. Stacy was an absolute gem.

   The atmosphere was very nice, and our server was attentive, but the food was disappointing. My wife and I both ordered our cuts prepared Medium. Her steak was presented Rare, and my pork chop was Well Done, which was nearly inedible due to the dryness. They also forgot to remove the butcher string from around my chop, but were nice enough to comp the plate when they realized. The sides were also overcooked and under seasoned, but the Butcher Salad was pretty good.

   Wonderful, special place to celebrate a remarkable birthday with our family! The food was perfect, as usual, and our server was lovely. We felt special and well-attended to throughout the evening. THANK YOU!

   Butcher & Singer is a 5 star restaurant in my book. The food and service are truly excellent and I can't say enough about this establishment.

   I had a 7:15 reservation and did not get seated until after 8 PM. It took way too long to have our meal served and the food was just mediocre for the price and reputation. I will not be returning.

    Wow the food was great, had surf and turf. The best steak. Ricky our waiter was really good and friendly. Just what you need, he knew his menu and would want him on our next visit. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. Oh yeah the stuffed hash brown. Killer.
