At Burro e Salvia one can watch the artisan fresh pasta making process all day while the team of "sfogline" makes all sort of shapes and fillings,
then sit at the table and enjoy what's on the weekly menu. The restaurant is Italian with a clear focus on pasta, but also offers a wide selection of starters and desserts and a well curated drinks list. Weekly specials are also available based on availability from the local suppliers, such as the butcher William Rose and neighbor fishmonger Moxon's.

Fantastic food, great wine, best gin and tonic I've had for a long time! All this, combined with the friendly and attentive service makes for an excellent evening out.

Such amazingly fresh food! Really enjoyed the food and wine. Service was great really friendly waitresses. My sister and brother in-law drove from north London to join us and were not disappointing

Lovely little place to take your parents or family visiting! Not a huge vegetarian selection but what was on offer was delicious!

The main course pasta dish was great - which you'd probably expect as it is a pasta restaurant - although the portions could have been a tad bigger. Starter was perfectly fine but uninteresting. Desserts were a real weakness. Would probably give the place 3.5 stars if the system would let me.

Both starters and mains were delicious, especially the butternut squash and goats cheese filled pasta... The place was so peaceful and quiet... Perfect for a Friday night date

My dad is not a fan of pasta or mozzarella but we convinced him to try them at Burro e Salvia. It is the only place he will now eat them. Everything they do they do well, even our children eat their pesto & pasta. One of our favourite places to eat.
