The happy hour is worth it. Ends at 6pm M-F the services was great and the prime rib and steak is delicious

We took my mom here for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, the enchiladas she ordered were so hard, she could not cut them with a steak knife. The restaurant didn’t charge us for them when we showed them how hard they were, but it put a damper on my mom’s special day as she didn’t get a dinner. She only had a salad and shared the appetizer we ordered for the table. The Brie appetizer (almost $17) we ordered was good. However, they charged us an additional $1.75 for six extra small crostinis as the dish doesn’t come with many to begin with. The server didn’t mention the up-charge and we felt a bit nickel and dimed with the extra charge. Extra crostinis should just be given so the appetizer can be enjoyed to the end. The server was very nice, but the food was quite slow coming out. The prime rib and filet mignon the other people at the table had was good, but expensive. All in all, Bully’s is a bit pricey, but most of the food is good. It has an old school vibe inside and a nice wait staff.

We were very disappointed. The food was bland and my steak had to be sent back because it wasn't cooked to the temperature I had requested. The food was very expensive too. Someone had recommended that we go there but we won't be back.

Service wasn’t great, long breaks between the server coming by and water glasses and sodas were always needing refill. The food was bland but edible. I love the ambience though. At $60 for a filet I’m not expecting wagyu, but I would expect better quality than what we received. It’s OK, about it.

French onion soup was like we remembered very good. They used to serve hot bread and butter, but we had to ask for bread and it was cold. Prime rib was not cooked to order and barely warm, baked potatoes were smaller and just ok. Service fair. Probably wouldn’t return.

Our biggest problem was that we were placed in a room and did not see our waiter hardly at all. Water glasses were unfilled and we waited forever for the waiter to come back so we could get our bill and leave.

It’s all about the best service in San Diego! The food used to be better and I am bummed the street corn is gone. Oh yeah and the best key lime pie in San Diego. Bring those two things back, please.
