Is it expensive? Absolutely. Is it worth every penny? You better believe it. This is what exceptional dining is all about. Candlelight, attentive service, delicious and inventive food preparations, perfect wine pairings, every aspect of the meal was perfect.
You are ushered to your table through the romantic, dimly-lit restaurant, and immediately introduced to the 3 waiters who will be taking care of you. The electronic menus are not just a gimmick here: they are essential for being able to see without a flashlight, and you can zoom in if you need to. For wine novices like us, the wine list can be organized by pairings. Tell it what you are ordering, and a list of the perfect complementary wines is shown. Idiot-proof.
We chose to share the escargot gnocchi, and they split the plate for us. It was delicious, and literally melted in your mouth.
This place is about the steaks, and while we usually opt for the filet, we instead chose the signature Tomahawk for two, a monstrosity of deliciousness carved tableside for you. The chef uses the fat drippings to create a candle, and the candle "wax" is poured over your sliced steak for extra flavor. Incredible!
Now you are probably thinking, "isn't there something else they can use those fat drippings for?" How about for frying the most delicious French fries you have ever had!
For dessert, we chose the "Black Forest" which was a work of art consisting of a giant "cherry" filled with chocolate mousse and cherries, surrounded by a "forest floor" of sponge cake "moss" and crumb cake "soil", revealed from under a dome of dry ice "fog". A culinary masterpiece.
Throughout the meal the service was impeccable, and several managers stopped by to make sure we were happy. Yes, we were!
This is not a place you dine every week (your bank account and your coronary arteries would both decline rapidly). But this is a place that will make you believe in fine dining again!
We have eaten at B&B before. The good is great and the service was even better.
The Kobe Wagyu sirloin was the best steak I have ever had. Simply amazing. Great service. Menus are on iPads complete with photos of each entree. Would recommend for a special occasion as their price points are higher than those for a average meal.

We had an excellent time here for our anniversary dinner. We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable and the ambience was just right for us, quality but not stuffy. The server was friendly and professional and the food and drinks were to notch. This is the kind of place you want to linger over your meal and there was no pressure at all on time from the staff.
Also for the overall quality and surroundings it is surprisingly good value against similar level of top class establishments, I'm not saying its inexpensive but if you are used to the best restaurants it is good value in its class.
The food was mediocre. The service was average despite there being a staff of 5 to Service each table. It was way overpriced and not worth the value. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I have nothing more to say.
We found Bull And Bear on Yelp, giving the dining good reviews, but the restaurant
exceeded our expectations. A refreshing level of quality.
