A magnificent 1890's Brunswick Bar and impressive early 1900's original northwest landscape painting by RJ Bocense (The Hunt), as well as a completely open exhibition kitchen provide a visual counterpoint to our rustic take on the bounty of the Northwest. A classically inspired cocktail menu, impressive wine offerings, and house made desserts offered with warmth by a professional staff, invite a leisurely approach to dining. Delicious vegetarian fare at a meat-focused brunch place. I'd go back anytime. My only complaint was they forgot my potatoes and I didn't realize until too late - my party had to move on to church.

Impressive farm to neighborhood food, in a charming space with old world touches, and very good service. One member of our party of three was eating vegan. The restaurant staff worked with him to find vegetable dishes that could be served with sauces on the side. Not a hint of bother. Dishes we especially loved: butter lettuce salad with a dijon dressing, pomme frites with dipping sauces, parsnip soup, and the flank steak. These dishes and the others we had were all winners. Highly recommended.

Food seemed impressive to look at but taste was mediocre. Almost like trying too hard with that yet not so much on taste! Flavor wasn’t great combo on my gnocchi and friend’s flank steak was chewy though presentation made your mouth water.

I highly recommend the biscuit and gravy. The gravy was savory and filling. With the added richness of two over easy eggs, the meal was a 10.
