The food is excellent. Mountain views are spectacular
The fish special was covered in sauce that completely overpowered the fish
Sunday night dinner after getting engaged to my girlfriend. No other customers in the dining area. Very tender steak, a perfect medium. Couldn't have asked for a better dining experience.
It was a stunner. We were their with friends from out of town. My wife and my meal were luke warm and also cold-- very disappointing considering the kitchen was not busy.
We really wanted to love this dinner. It was a special occasion, my birthday, and we wanted to try something more upscale and romantic. First of all the view was great for the 20 minutes of daylight that was left. We liked the tablecloth and cloth napkins. Our server was exceptional really. She stayed on top of everything - wine and water refills and drink orders. Very pleasant and accommodating. Best part of our experience there, really. The food was really disappointing. I had Cioppino which was bland. I’ve had so much better - even making it myself! There was just enough seafood in it to satisfy my hunger. If I’d been more hungry it wouldn’t have been enough. I believe that meager serving was $26. It was worth about $15. It didn’t come with garlic toast or anything else. Just a bowl of thin-broth soup. My partner ordered the scallop special and as soon as it came I could just see the look of disappointment on his face. It consisted of 3 scallops in a small bowl on the plate, 1/3 cup of wild rice (which he said was tasteless) and a small portion of veggies. My partner is a big guy with a big appetite. I asked him if that was enough for him and he said, “Hell no!”. We both had classic Caesar salads and they came in 1/2 cup-sized bowls. Nothing at all special about their taste or presentation - $8 each.! At the end of the evening we couldn’t complain because our server was so nice and attentive. We just couldn’t do it, but we definitely will never be back.
Love this restaurant, even though we don't live in Broken Top. Always great food (fixed menu), great service, nice view over the lake to the mountains, always quiet (Saturday night, in this case). Great job!
Tremendous food with a stunning view of the mountains at sunset. The bison spareribs were superb!
Terrific meal from start to finish. The club had a wedding in the front room but it made our dinner feel that much more festive. My wife throughly enjoyed her filet, and I my ribeye. The bottle of Rioja was perfect as our starter and paired with our meal.
My husband and I went to this restaurant for Valentines Day. It was an exceptionally nice evening. The Ambiance was amazing, the service was excellent and the food was very good.
It's always a great treat to dine here. The food is delicious and the service is impeccable. It was on the quiet side last night, which was fine. We were celebrating my MIL 92nd birthday.
Our server was very attentive and the ambiance was lovely. The scenery is wonderful. We enjoyed the quality and flavor of our dinners very much. The house made banana ice cream with toffee and praline cookies was a delightful treat.
The roast beef was excellent. And my spouse enjoyed the oysters
Best in bend.
I took my daughter for her birthday brunch and everything was perfect!
Wonderful prime rib, outstanding service
Awesome. Good food and good service.
My Cioppino was pretty awful (and I've had it before in the past). Two shrimp that were ok; three clams, one of which had shell. And salmon, one bite of which was clearly bad. Overall, nasty dish; worst I've had in dozens of visits. Really disappointing.
Love this place. Quiet; wonderful waiter/service; food great, nicely appointed and great view! M.
Best prime rib we have found in the Bend area. Only downsides, drinks were very expensive and if you sit down below and have a couple at the kitchen level table above you that are having an argument, you can’t help but being included. Will be back again
Always a pleasant place to enjoy friends by the fire, have a great meal, and quality wine.
Broken Top Club has one of the most beautiful views of the mountains in all of Bend. Food is consistently excellent. It is a great place for a quiet romantic dinner or an evening with friends.
Great venue! Service excellent. I was lucky and was there for prime rib night.
Best meal I have had in a long time.
absolutely, the food is really quite good, it fantastic.
Service, wine list, all solid, a sleeper and should be tried out.
Quiet setting with a view of the golf course. Great service and good food. Nice size portions that were cooked as ordered. We will return and recommend this restaurant.
Great food and service with a view that is hard to beat. Great place for our anniversary.
Very nice spot overlooking the lake with Brokentop Mountain in the background. Service was great, food was good. Pricing was very reasonable.
Wonderful dinner. Alisa was excellent, attentive without intrusion. Ambiance is the best in the Northwest!
Broken Top Club was once a private dining room for members only, but is now open to the public. Our dinner was excellent. I had ahi salad and the ahi was fresh and flavorful. My husband had a steak which was cooked perfectly and very tasty. Drinks were good. I was disappointed that the only sparkling wines offered by the glass were a budget Prosecco and a cava.
The atmosphere is country-club comfortable with a gorgeous view of the manicured course. Really a fun place to have a nice, elegant dinner in Bend.
Best view in town. Alisa was great.
A wonderful experience, all around, our first time there. From the pastoral views, overlooking, lake, golf course and mountain peaks to the attentive staff and exceptional food, the experience couldn't have been any better. Some of the most perfectly prepared lamb I ever had, the taste with the marionberry coulis beat any mint sauces or other preparations. The prime rib was tops, preparation and taste, and the seafood special simply top notch. The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere relaxing, we've spread the word and will be back many times.
I was there with 2 friends Sunday. I was an unusual stormy day here in Bend, and it was so nice sitting by the window and watching the rain on the pond, very soothing. It was my 1st time dining here, and the food and service were great! Will be back!
Everything was ok
Food was very subpar. Three of us chose the prime rib which turn out to be extremely full of fat and gristle with no flavor. All three felt the same. The other order was a seafood pasta which was worse.
No view of the lake or pond at dinner because you have to keep the shades down because of the sun.
Would not recommend for dinner.
Excellent service and food for a special large lunch. Loved the setting and Mountain views
When ordering an entree with “sauce on the side” and the plate arrived with sauce on the meat, we requested the sauce removed. A quick, incomplete swipe was done, meat placed on original plate with the sauce on the plate. Sloppy work, and we will not be returning.
Trout was out of this world. Francesco pro waiter. View awesome. Nobody there.
Beautiful setting overlooking a large pond and the golf course. Food and service were good.
