Our server, Janice, was helpful, professional, and attentive without being invasive--impeccable service. We shared a series of small plates between the four of us, and every dish was unique and outstanding. The attention to every detail in this restaurant is obvious. A perfect evening!
I was very disappointed by the seating. If you sit along the wall you are basically eating with four other people and for this price point I don't get it. The Branzino was unimpressive especially if you have been to Bestia. The only thing I remember was the Hamachi which was tasty but it wasn't enough to bring me back. Bummer too because I always loved Amar on top chef. Save your money and go eat at Richard Blais Crack Shack instead.
Outstanding good and service. We Always have the Brussels sprouts. I must tell you I do not like Brussels sprouts, however the way they are prepared at the Broadway is amazing The oysters were very fresh. Also outstanding were the Scollops and the Bronzino. Top that with a good bottle of Champagne and you have a amazing evening.
Loved the restaurant but I was kinda bummed about one thing ... was it was my boyfriend's birthday and I mentioned it after dinner cuz they ask if it was a special occasion that we were there... they came to the table with a desset & candle and I thought it was thoughtful then I realized I was charged for it! Hmmmm
We enjoyed our dining experience so much we are returning this week-end with family from WI. The Octopus appetizer was one of the best of recent memory. We liked the beet salad and the bitter salad. Perfect contrast. The pork dish was very generous and delicious. We also had the whole wild fish cooked perfectly.
The food was excellent. We arrived on time for our 8:15 reservation but our table wasn’t ready. Went to the bar to grab a drink but didn’t get service so when our table was ready 10 minutes later - no drinks until we sat and ordered. Went there for a birthday and indicated that in the reservation but no acknowledgment that we were celebrating anything -no one even said happy birthday
Another excellent dinner, highly recommend the "Egg Yolk Ravioli" appetizer. Delicious with a beautiful presentation. This restaurant never disappoints. Great food variety, wine selection and special cocktails. The professional/personal attention and quality of food experience is long remembered after the check is paid.
We were so disappointed! We’re regulars at this restaurant and by comparison it was awful! The noise was so loud we couldn’t hear the friends sitting across from us. We waited 30 min for our appetizers and then almost an he for our main. The food was heavily salted and not up to the standard of this restaurant. It was horrible. The salmon wasn’t cooked through and the pork chop over cooked. We wonder if the chef is relying on his past reputation or spending too much time at his other restaurants. We won’t be back!
In the top 5 best dinners I have ever had. From the ambiance (we sat at the chef's table and it was a fun experience!), service (excellent knowledge and kindness of the staff), food, menu, etc...we had the octopus app, the skirt steak was the best I've had, and the brussel sprouts were the nonetheless the same.
