Bristol Seafood Grill - Creve Coeur
Love the firecracker cauliflower
Long time patron. I like the menu selection as well as the changing specials.
The server was quite nice and helpful in explaining the menu and specials. Pleasant and decently intimate environment. But over priced for typical good flavor I can get most places.
Best and freshest seafood
In St Louis. And you cannot beat the Happy Hour prices at the bar.
Bristol’s Creve Coeur has the best Sunday Brunch in St. Louis. I only say this because I have been checking out brunches in St. Louis for the past 39 years and Bristol’s always wins.
Great food and service was exceptional! If you have the chance please go to their brunch.
Great place, great service, some wait staff a bit colorful but good enough, and the food was excellent.
Excellent dinner, service. Will come again and use OpenTable for a reservation.
Celebrated a friend’s birthday. Our server even rembered us from previous visits. He was attentive without being intrusive. Our food was excellent. My serving was too large, so I have enough for another meal. My gluten sensitivity was well cared for. My friend received a free dessert for her birthday. It was a comfortable time to catch up with one another.
We ordered the GOAT CHEESE BRUSCHETTA for appetizer, SEAFOOD MIXED GRILL for our meal, PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE TORTE and CARROT CAKE for dessert. All were as good as they get. Servers were attentive without being a pain, and service was perfect.
One complaint: not enough handicapped parking. They need a lot more spaces for handicapped.
Excellent place to be able to talk business while enjoying a good meal.
Ranch tasted spoiled, beer took 25 mins to get, service was ok, way over priced for overall experience. And to top it off 3 of the 5 people at the table wanted ribeyes and they were sold out and had to settle for a ny strip.
We had my regular waiter and he made our evening perfect for our first date. The restaurant switched around his work zone so that he could serve us. I love this location, they can and will almost always cater to my requests when possible.
Dark and loud....but the service was good...as were the hot biscuits. Probably a better evening atmosphere than a luncheon location.
If you are looking for a great place for seafood and steaks, look no further. I have never been disappointed and look to visit Bristol’s any time I am in town.
Wonderful service and great staff. We celebrated our anniversary and had a great night.
Good food, we got the twilight special which for us is a good value.
I add extra to the tip!
Brunch was great with the family. My server was amazing and attentive. Will definitely go again soon.
I've been coming to Bristol for years and this was the worse service we ever had. Our server was slow, didn't know his product line, and needs training at the very least. I doubt I will return
Went to Bristol for Sunday Brunch - belated Valentine’s dinner. Hubby loves breakfast on Sunday morning so I thought we’d give this a try. I’m not a fan of breakfast food myself. We both love seafood. Bristol’s brunch was perfect for us. We both left full and happy with our meals.
Everything was excellent in flavor and well prepared. We were sat next to a party room where a large family had several kids for a birthday which at times did get a little noisy but the staff noted and kept the room doors closed which solved the problem. Staff was extremely nice and kept our table with drinks when needed and cleared of used dishes. Ended with tiny portion deserts just right for the tasting after such a large meal. Will be back again!
I made a reservation with Bristol in Creve Coeur, Mo. and went to dinner last night around 7:45. I have eaten there on at least 4 or 5 occasions, so even though I don't consider myself a regular, I am however familiar with the food and service. I consider Bristol a special occasion dining experience for my limited budget. I have always been pleased with the service and the food and have encouraged others in my family and friends to visit. But last night's experience was anything but pleasant and again it was a special occasion. It was my husband's 79th birthday. We decided to celebrate, just the two of us. The hostess that greeted us at the front door were warm and friendly and we were seated right away at a nice table. But then, things went south from there. Our waitress seemed rushed and pushy almost to the point of rude. We laughed it off as the place was full and sometimes when you are busy, it shows in your manners. It took forever to get our dinner, 2 twelve oz steaks well done and medium well. When they arrived there was blood rising from the steaks and pooling in the plate. When I asked if this is blood or some type of sauce, the waiter said "yes its blood" and would I like to cut into it to make sure its okay. Well if blood is on the steak and it's suppose to be well done, then its not "okay". My husbands steak was the same as mine and he was not pleased either. So I asked the waiter if she could take his back as well and she replied "he said medium well", but I replied not rare. When they brought the steaks back, they were this side of black hockey pucks. The side of course were cold and I was totally discussed. What I should have done was asked for the manager and left. But at my husbands urging we stayed and ate what we could. They did give my husband a complimentary slice of carrot cake even though he wanted chocolate cake, but our wonderful waitress told us it would take 15 mins.
Made reservation online, modified it by phone, was seated within 5 minutes of arrival, great food, may seem pricey but is good value for what is served.
It was great for my birthday
This was my first time there . The scallops and the crab cake both had shells....came to try the crab cakes, and it was a little under done. The steak was ordered as medium well and came out medium to medium rare as there was blood on my plate. Both of our plates of food were not hot...like they sat a little bit before being brought out to the table. Thanks
The food was excellent and the service was Awesone.
Love this place. Service was awesome. Great food as always
Overall, we enjoyed our experience. We made a reservation, but were seated after our reservation time. Other than that, we had a good time. Because it was our anniversary, they gave us free champagne which was nice.
I enjoyed the great food, classy atmosphere, excellent service. The pretzel crusted trout was tender and delicious.
The variety of food is outstanding and so Tasty. Gluten free options, too. Just wish they would make a gluten free muffin or biscuit available. Sure miss eating those.
Bristol is my go-to place for well-cooked and seasoned seafood. One in my party felt like a hamburger, and felt that it was one of the best he had ever tasted. All-in-all, a reliable wonderful place for a quiet lunch/
Awesome. Felipe was awesome! Ask for him by name. Made the night exceptional!!
Dining at Bristol’s is never disappointing. We were celebrating a birthday & it was wonderful. The food & service was incredible! Love their scallops!! I normally do not like cauliflower, but I decided to try the roasted cauliflower & it was amazing!!!
We will definitely dine here in the future.
When our daughter comes up from Springfield MO, we take her & her fiancé here. She always comments how wonderful the service & food is several times during our dining experiences. The food is spectacular & they make sure you feel special.
We were celebrating my friend's birthday at lunch and they did a really nice job. I think it is a clever idea to write a colorful happy birthday, etc. with the dessert- waiting for you when you are seated.
Thanks, Art, for the great service! The food was delicious and the gumbo was spiced perfectly.
We just keep going back because the food is so good. First, they serve their incredible biscuits. The salads are delicious and the main courses are always fantastic. I'm a huge fan of Bristol's food!
Our appetizer came after our main course. The calimari was cold. The server said she asked the kitchen why it took so long and they couldn't give a reason. The salmon was delicious but the remainder of the food was sub par. The lobster Cobb salad was not appetizing so our server did take it off the bill. The potatoes were dry, the asparagus was extremely smokey. The lobster tail was tough. This was a birthday celebration that we spent over $100 for and the whole experience was disappointing.
Celebrating our anniversary and upcoming birth of grandchild.
The food was nice but not exceptional. Service was a bit slow. The greeter at the entrance was not very pleasant.
