   Overall, it was really good. However, we arrived on time for our reservation, and we were told to wait to be seated. While we stood there, 2 other sets of parties were seated before us. I finally had to go to them and remind them that we were waiting and then they mistook us for a party of 2. The front person getting everyone checked in should not be doing this task. Too young and didn't care about what he was doing. Although we had a really good meal, I'll think twice before returning.

   The service from walking into the restaurant and leaving it was amazing. The service was outstanding. The food was even better it’s my favorite family restaurant.

   Dined here with a friend on a Thursday evening. I had the Spaghetti Pomodoro and my friend ordered the Lobster & Shrimp Fettuccine. We shared a bowl of Lobster Bisque. We both enjoyed our entrees and the Bisque. My friend mentioned that the Lobster bits in the Bisque were quite small, but the taste was delicious. We both had cocktails, and the server was nice enough to give us the Happy hour price for each of them. I had the Tropical Cosmo and my friend had the Espresso Martini. The Cosmo had a bit of an overwhelming grapefruit taste. I was hoping for another type of fruit taste. My friend enjoyed her Martini, and she mentioned her choice was because I had that drink at other restaurants. The server, Anthony, was friendly and provided efficient service. The total tab, with tax and tip, was a little over $100.

   We arrived ten minutes early but could not check in because the two hosts were almost never at the host stand. They would appear for a moment, grab another party and then be gone for several minutes, or answer the phone and run to the kitchen for a take out order. When we finally could check in at 7:00 having made our way to the front of the long queue, we were told they were a few minutes behind. We were finally seated almost 20 minutes past our reservation time. Once we had a table our waiter was great, the food was okay, and we were happy to have a large booth where we could sit close together and actually hear each other over the cacophony of other diners. We won’t pick this restaurant again. Lesson learned.

   Great. Noisy teenagers had a party so it was a bit too noisy but otherwise very good.

   Our reservation was at 7, and half the food we ordered on the menu was not available. Furthermore, we ordered our food and was not told the item was not available until 30 minutes later when everyone else's food came out. you could tell that half of the food that was delivered (3items) were sitting under the heat lamp for quite some times, as they were discolored (the noodles on the chicken parmesan specifically, and the dried shrimp alfredo dish that we ordered. Our server did great, as she was empathetic but, as a restaurant manager, I would have loved for one to come over to our table.

   We enjoy dinner at Brio’s a couple of times a year, and the meal last night was the best by far. We had an excellent and attentive server named Joseph. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and the food, and he waited on our table with friendly and efficient service.  My date always enjoys their carpaccio. It is a very generous appetizer that works as a meal. I enjoyed the fish special, which was barramundi on a bed of orzo. The dish was quite tasty. If you haven’t tried Brio, I suggest it’s a great place for lunch or dinner. Easy in and out of the Spectrum center.

    Very good food. Service a little slow but that's the times we are in. Prices a little high for Italian food.
