It was a very good experience. The staff was excellent and very attentive to our needs!
Meats always well cooked and offered by professional staff. For price, expect more from buffet to have greater options. Overall however a good dining experience.

Food was pretty good. Really disappointed that they don’t have the award winning clam chowder. Third time I’ve gone and got a squash / pumpkin soup. Wish there was a few other options on the hot buffet. Miss the croquets
The main complaint I have is the floors were a mess. Big pieces of meat were on the floor that staff walked by multiple times and never cleaned. There were also areas that had wet spots on the floor. The floors seemed slippery. Even the waitress almost slipped. My husband slipped but caught himself before he fell. I’m on a cane so was very nervous walking on the floors. Overall everything else was fine.
Our table was ignored by several of the servers until we complained. We still did not receive all of the menu.

Excellent food & very attentive staff. Will absolutely make this a priority stop when in the area. I live about an hour away, but really wish the place was closer to me. I would highly recommend the Brazilian Grill to anyone who loves to eat great food. Had reservations for a Sunday night & the place was nonstop busy. Make advance reservations to avoid a long wait.

A wonderful dining experience. Our reservation was met timely and pleasantly. The meats were absolutely amazing. We were a bit disappointed that there weren't more veggies to choose from. But we would and will go back.
Worst customer service ever had a reservation and they made us wait thought customers without reservations were being seated on the spot finally the lady called us and tried to seat us on the worst table right at the entrance we asked for a different table she was so rude and unprofessional and unfriendly so we left without dining. They lost customers from having bad service and rude staff
The price still the same before Covid, but the food quality went way down!. Buffet lack of options like used to. We paid weekend dinner price for Monday lunch!
This place is a favorite of my boyfriend and I’s and every time we come out the service, food and ambiance is always wonderful. The service this particular time was above and beyond.

First time going back and their buffet is officially back to normal. Most of the buffet items pre-covid was back and it was much better.
You have to wave to get served food and they stop serving everything after a certain time
Staff was super. Friendly, quick with drinks, extra plates, etc. Food was great. Couple of meats were a little over cooked for my taste, but I prefer medium rare. Restaurant was very clean. Highly recommended…

We had reservations on Father’s Day for 16 people at seven pm. When we arrived, the hostess said we needed to wait 45 minutes to an hour to be seated. And I said that we had driven for over an hour to get there and asked her why didn’t anybody call us or text us to tell us that we were going to have to wait an hour even though we had reservations. After my husband stepped in and complained, we were able to be seated in just 10 minutes. I guess the really squeaky wheel gets it done.
The salad bar was absolutely disappointing. They used to be able to serve sushi and sashimi however, according to one of their servers, the Japanese restaurant that pays rent to the same landlord complained about it and because it’s a conflict of interest, they no longer were able to serve those items in the salad bar. Additionally, the amount of choices and quality of the items being offered at the salad bar were very below average. The grilled vegetable display that they used to offer, had been cut down by about 70% and were soggy and not flavorful at all. They used to offer at least 5 to 6 types of salads, and that was slimmed down to about two or three. One of the salads, being their version of a Caesar salad, was loaded with a ranch type dressing and soggy. The skewers of meat that were being served were under seasoned and we felt like we were being rushed to quickly take a slice of meat before the server walked away from us. We ordered a pitcher of margarita and was told that it would serve about five drinks, and I guess that would be true if you can count the last glass and a half to be a margarita, not ice. The pitcher was filled with ice cubes! Long story short, we will not be going back there in the future although we had been there so many times before Covid and were looking forward to this experience for Father’s Day. It was a big disappointment to say the least.
Very dissatisfied, totally over priced. Buffet was not kept up, messy station, food cold or food wasn't stocked. I never received chicken every time waiter came to table it was always empty. File mignon was fatty and chewy that isn't how a filet should be. Dessert should be included for the price since the price is ridiculous for the quality of food. Children should be free since hey barely eat anything. I don't plan to ever go back. Father's day dinner would have been much better at home and cheaper.

We have to been together Brazilian grill many times and this is the first time we’ve been back since Pre covid. The salad bar did not have many options which was disappointing but we gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt since this is the first time salad bar has been open since covid.
The 3 of us found it to be an enjoyable and unique experience. The food was very good. The service really was outstanding and everyone was very friendly. I would certainly recommend it to friends.
Buffet style restaurant with a good selection of sides and veggies. Meats are brought to the table. Staff are pleasant.

This was our first time and everything was great. I wish there were more side options at the buffet but it was still amazing.
Was very disappointed in the selection at the buffet. Lots of places were emptied and/or labeled wrong and were not filled in a timely manner. Also felt we didn't get to see all of the options going around as we were seated next to a table of 20 people and once they hit that table and emptied their platter, they didn't seem to come back to our area for a while and when they did, they hit that table first again. Was very disappointed especially since it cost us $240.00 for a family of 5 to go out to dinner. Use to get the option of with or without the meat, I don't eat a lot of meat so would have just wanted the buffet, but was not given that option this time. Very disappointed this time around.
Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clean! I'll definitely be coming back again!
