Excellent food and the service was outstanding very good quality.
Typically when I go to Brazilian Grill its phenomenal but yesterday there wasn’t a lot of meat passed to my table, we only saw 4 different meat choices when typically there is way more, our server didn’t check on us at all - I had to get up to go ask someone for a drink and overall it just wasn’t the best time which was really sad because we love going.
I been in to this place too many times I like it and I drive about 57 mile to get there but the last two times the service was not good and the people who serve the steak came to my table 4 time only and it’s wasn't busy
Made reservations a day in advance. When we arrived our table was still not ready. The two young ladies in the front were no where to be found. Had to speak to a manager to get the ball rolling. finally sat at our table and got drinks. Went up to buffet that was not as varied as it was before. The meats were great when they came around. There were only 3 or 4 Gauchos for the whole place. Mind you this was a weekend. So by the time I got my steak my other buffet food was already cool. For a party of 4 adults and 2 children my bill was $298.00. That was with only one caipirinha and 4 cokes, 4 desserts and 2 coffees. In my opinion it was just a bit too much. However, I have come here many times before and this is the first time that I give a review, unfortunately a not so positive one. I believe that they are really low on staff. Well, with all that said, I do hope to comeback and have a better experience.
We go there many times. I will never go again on a Saturday night! We were a little late but had reservations. We were told to wait. While waiting I saw 2 couples after a while with no reservations get seated before us. We kept waiting and I noticed 2 tables for 2 empty. I finally asked when were they going to seat us and was told they needed a table and I said there are 2 tables right over there. Finally they seated us at one of those tables. I sat at the table to get cokes for us, while my wife went to the very busy salad bar. No one came! My wife got her food and asked were are the cokes and silverware. I said I do not know no one came. Finally some one came and we got the cokes and silverware. The meat was really red. I told the guys I wanted the prime rib medium. I waited and they brought red meat again! Then when the right cooked beef came out the guy was serving everyone around us before me. Well when the filet mignons came out it was perfect and I was starving so I took it all! The same thing happened with the pineapple my wife likes the cinnamon on the outside. It took so long before anyone came to our table with the pineapple She had to go and find someone to ask them to come to our table. When I went to pay I told the hostess the service was not good and would like the check. I got the bill gave her my card. Then I noticed she immediately went on the way to a table of 4 and asked them all what they would like to drink. I wasn't happy I thought she should have cashed me out first after I all ready complained the service was not good. Avoid Saturday nights they don't have enough staff we got poor service.
Waiter seemed inexperienced, but that's everywhere these days. The selection at the buffet has diminished, but the price has not.
Food was amazing, the meat servers were great and very personable. Our table server however seemed to be covering multiple other jobs and was no able to effectively attend to our needs, for example she only asked us for drinks once, we asked for ketchup 3 times and never got it, and it took us awhile to cash out as well. They put us near the bar and it was kind of cramped, also there were people at the bar being loud and obnoxious. Had us feeling a bit neglected. But overall good experience, might depend on where you sit though.
Food is usually very good but on this visit not so much. The walk around service was extremely slow and most of the meat was well done. I did go around lunch time so not sure if that was a factor. But I was really disappointed on this visit. My server, however, was very good and courteous.

Should not be able to make reservations after 8pm. My reservation was for 815pm and the restaurant closes at 9. So by the time I was seated and ordered my beverage we had about 30 minutes to eat. I called to ask if they still serve after they close the doors and the girl I spoke to said yes, but that wasn't true. And the rodizio stopped coming around right at 9. So it was a complete waste of money. My bill was $155, food was delicious, just didn't get to enjoy much of it. Changes should be made to seating and reservations, it's not fair to a paying customer.
I have been here twice, both times were awesome. The food is awesome.
This was out 3 or 4th time this location, though we have gone many times in past years to the cape cod location. The service was great, waitress attentive and friendly. The food was good but….the buffet used to have more to offer (even uses to have sushi) and now it’s very small. My parents don’t do the meat options so the buffet used to great for them. Now I don’t think it’s worth the price. The skewers/meats are great but maybe it wasn’t our lucky day, we waited a long time for them to come around. Our table often got skipped and only when were about to leave did them appear more. Overall the food is good but with the high price, I’m not sure if it’s worth it anymore :-( . Also, I mentioned on the reservations that we were celebrating 2 birthday but at the restaurant they didn’t mention it or come sing happy birthday. Disappointed. Highlight: the passion fruit caipirinha was great as usual.
Was disappointed this time overall, service was subpar and was unhappy with meat selection… mostly pork & beef options this time :(. Only chicken option was wrapped in bacon. We requested lamb twice but no one ever came back to the table. Also Server brought the bill but never offered dessert, I guess it was time for us to leave.
Very unfortunate because the first time we went was a great experience.
They made me feel welcomed. They were very attentive and accommodating.
Great food great service but could be a little cheaper
The service was great, the staff was very attentive to our needs. The portions were so generous, I am going to have left overs for at least a week or so.

Servers are great. Buffet was lacking and not replenished very quickly. Overall good experience. Bring your appetite.
Have been going here for years and love it but the server hardly ever came back and we couldn’t get drinks for that reason, brought one of us the wrong dessert and argued about what she heard and didn’t offer to bring the correct one. Maybe because of the noise she heard wrong but my bill was almost 300.00 , which the food was good but the service was poor and I may wait awhile before going back now
This is our favorite restaurant! We drive 50 minutes just to eat there. It’s the best!!!

It never disappoints. But this visit the waitress was by herself and took a little longer than usual to get our drinks. Understandable. Just not what we are used to.
Food was amazing as always. This is our favorite special occasion restaurant, our kids love it too. The rotisserie pineapple is transcendent.
Our server Brianna was the bomb, friendly & great with the kids.
Sometimes they are good and other times you get no meat on your plate or you have to wait very long. They need more people serving !
While we were dining the gauchos were only offering chicken wings and well done steak. When we were ready to leave there was many other offerings as if the second shift arrived. We will visit again to make a final determination. Also I am sorry to say we are frequent visitors to fago da chao but the prices are not equivalent.

Me and my husband travel 75 miles at least once a month to have lunch there. Amazing food and top notch service.
Short staffed. As a result, we waited longer for servers to pass by with meats.
It was overall a great dining experience, but I deducted stars because the service was quite slow (granted they were quite busy), although all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and organized and they had a very good system for getting your food from the salad bar, which was absolutely delicious all around. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection, and they had an amazing variety. Also, if you’ve never been there before, it might be a bit confusing to navigate their system at first. Lastly, I was disappointed that after charging as much as they do they would charge you separately for the desserts!
Everything was very good. Only complaint is some people not wearing mask at the salad bar. They were seen by employees who said nothing. My waitress was excellent.

Meats always well cooked and offered by professional staff. For price, expect more from buffet to have greater options. Overall however a good dining experience.

Food was pretty good. Really disappointed that they don’t have the award winning clam chowder. Third time I’ve gone and got a squash / pumpkin soup. Wish there was a few other options on the hot buffet. Miss the croquets
The main complaint I have is the floors were a mess. Big pieces of meat were on the floor that staff walked by multiple times and never cleaned. There were also areas that had wet spots on the floor. The floors seemed slippery. Even the waitress almost slipped. My husband slipped but caught himself before he fell. I’m on a cane so was very nervous walking on the floors. Overall everything else was fine.
Our table was ignored by several of the servers until we complained. We still did not receive all of the menu.
